It turned out just great. It was prompt. The end job was exactly what we wanted and needed. There were some nailing issues as we went through and they corrected them right away. We ended up with the job that we wanted. We got bids from several people and they were lowest or next to the lowest.

A man from B & T Roofing came out and gave me an estimate to fix the leak in my roof. They were able to come out the next day after I called. They showed up promptly the next morning. The work was excellent--they fixed the leak--and the price was exactly what the estimate had been. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and ability, and I definitely would use their services again. I highly recommend this company.

B&T Roofing put a new roof on our home in 2006 before we bought it (paid for by previous owner). Since then if we've had any questions or issues, we've called them and they have always been immediately responsive, offered to come out and check if necessary. When we installed new bathroom fans in the house, we wanted to vent them through the roof so naturally we called B&T. They made an appointment, showed up on time, gave us an estimate and arranged a time for their team to complete the work. Today their crew showed up on time, were very polite and professional, did an excellent job and told us exactly what they were doing. They were fast and cleaned up afterwards. We are so happy with B&T that we asked them to recommend a contractor for a porch installation and we're working with him now. Thank you very much, B&T!!

So far, OK. Job was started on time and completed the same afternoon. This was the highest priced bid of the three that were submitted. Chose B&T Roofing since they were willing to do the painting which the other bidders either would not or preferred not to do. Customer did buy the paint and had it computer-matched for proper color.

Very reasonable, exceptional price. Very professional. They are a very good company. And highly recommend them! And they explain EVERYTHING to you.

We were very happy with them, they did an excellent job. They were competitive and professional. The job took awhile due to the rain. We would use them again. They only negative was that they were very short staffed.

They came out to evaluate the cause of the leak and came back the very next day to repair it. I was very impressed with the evaluation the person gave me and especially with their responsiveness to repair it the next day - it was due to rain again so they really tried to get it done beforehand. The next week they came back to talk about ways to improve my gutter and downspout problem. They were honest about the fact that they could add bigger gutters and downspouts but they couldn't assure me that this action or any other would fully solve the problem though they thought it would improve the issues. They came when they said they would and were very courteous.

They responded immediately when other companies didn't call us back. They took care of the problem to my specifications. The rate was slightly higher, but we appreciated them responding so quickly on a Sunday.

They knew exactly what they were doing, did an excellent job and cleaned up well.

Todd was very professional and pleasant when he came to inspect for an estimate of costs. He came back to present his findings, explained things very thoroughly and did not pressure us in any way. We liked him and his company but decided to go with another because the cost was less

Real easy to contact and work with and they were very responsive. Quote came back quickly and was well documented in a clear and descriptive way. Another company that also was good to work with came in lower, but I'd contact B&T again on any future needs I have.

They did fine. They were out in a reasonable time and were able to do the work as soon as the roof was clear of snow.

company called to confirm an appt but wouldnt give a time range they expected to arrive. i think they typically just call as they are coming to your house which isnt super convenient for people who work unless they want to take a whole day off. came to the house and raked the snow off one portion of the roof and said it should fix the problem; however the roof kept leaking for a few days after. not sure if the raking of the snow helped it stop leaking sooner or not, but was nice to know there wasnt inches upon inches of snow sitting on the roof anymore.

It was really good. They did a great job. They were here when they said they would be and they were efficient about getting it done. They cleaned up after themselves. Someone had not put tarps down in our attic, but they came back out right away to clean it up and take care of it. We were very happy with them and have recommended them to other people.

They were great. They were good about coming when they said they were going to come. They were good about getting their estimate back to us on time, and they were really top notch. The price was great and they did a wonderful job.

We came to know of them through Angie?s List. They cleaned off the ice that was melting on our roof and coming through the attic. They were very straightforward. They gave us a price and stuck to it. That was the reason we used them.

Excellent experience. I had 3 companies come out to examine the roof to determine where the leak was and whether it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. B & T was the only one who said that since it is metal, it should last almost "forever" and they thought they had identified where the water was entering. The other two said that the entire roof and the gutters should be replaced (the gutters are only 3 yrs old). I procrastinated since the only time it leaked was during a heavy downpour when the gutters were overloaded. When that occurred worse than ever a few months later, I had B & T come out again just to be sure they still thought it could be repaired rather than replaced. They stuck by their original determination, didn't think the gutters were part of the problem, so I had them go ahead with the recommended repairs and it has not leaked since. In addition, everything was cleaned up perfectly. Considering the price of a new roof, I was impressed with their knowledge of the problem and the honesty to recommend the lowest cost option. The next time I need roofing work done, they will be the ones I'll call to do it.

B&T personnel were very prompt, responsive and easy to work with.

Overall, experience was very pleasant. We scheduled an appointment to meet with someone very soon after initial contact. Plan was for work to be done while we were on vacation. When we returned from vacation, work had not been completed due to delay in obtaining the work permit from the city of Columbus. Once this was received, work was done r almost immediately. This delay was our only complaint. Once the work was done, a representative cane out to do the final inspection. He was courteous and professional, explaining everything that was done.

Overall good - fast work, communication was so-so with work crew, sales not willing to negotiate price but felt it was in the "ballpark" of comparable estimates.

Unfortunately, the leak was not fixed. I placed a called to B&T who sent out Robert again and this time the leak was fixed at no additional cost to me. They were very thorough in their assessment of our roof and were very professional.
