The workers showed up on the date and time scheduled. They were all polite and considerate of our property. Justin was the lead man and called me the night before to verify everything. He let me know what to expect to happen the next day, how long the job would take and made himself available at all times. They tarped everywhere (including landscaping) and set boards around the windows to avoid old shingles causing damage. I appreciated their throughness in picking up all materials when finished and knocking to let me know they were leaving. He had me walk around to do my own inspection and to make sure I was happy with the way things looked. Our job was a big one and they handled beautifully.

Excellent in all respects. Made the entire process painless for us. Brennan and Melinda were great to work with.

The inspector came out and reviewed the entire roof. He also fixed a few missing shingles. Great service.

Did some extra work for free on membrane

This was an insurance claim from hail damage. Two of my neighbors had used them, so I had seen their workmanship and care for the surrounding grounds. They worked with my insurance company and myself to get the best outcome. There were some other things going on in my life at the time and they were understanding and patient. No high pressure sales tactics or push to rush the job. They put the materials where I had asked and cleaned up fairly well. I would recommend them.

Exceed expectations. Sales person was very through in explaining all aspects of the job. As the roof had been damaged by storm this was an insurance issue. The sales person inspected the roof for damage to determine if there was, in his opinion sufficient damage to expect that it would covered by insurance. He shared photos with me of the damage due to hail and wind . He then arranged to meet with the insurance adjuster and the two of them inspected the roof together. With out his pointing out the damage I am not sure the insurance adjuster would have seen enough to approve a new roof. The work was done promptly after approval by the insurance company. The complete roof was installed in one day. In addition to perfoming the contract work the following was performed gratis, cleaned all gutters, installed new gutter guards I had purchased from another vendor and trimmed tree limbs that were overhanging the roof. The tree limb trimming probably saved me several hundred dollars as I had planed to contact a tree trimmer to do this. Everything was cleaned up before leaving, no mess of any sort left behind. They even swept the yard with a magnet to collect any loose nails.

We haven't given feedback on it but The Roofing Annex did a great job. We are all satisfied with what they did. They went around and patched up several places on our roof that needed some attention. I had a couple of leaks on flashing and that sort of thing and they fixed those. I think that they were very professional. I like that. They did a great job, very satisfied with The Roofing Annex. It was excellent, I thought that the cost was a lot less than I figured it would be for what they did, that's surprising in these days. They came out exactly when they said.

It went very well. It was about 3 weeks ago, we've had very bad rain storms since, and so far I haven't seen any leak at all. As of now, the work was very good. They were very responsive for the estimate, and they said they'd be there the following week for the work. It actually took about 2 weeks to get back and complete the work.

They were good about coming out for the initial inspection. The technician was prompt and friendly, but the follow-up has been somewhat lackluster. I've called them several times over the past week with no responce. I'd like to set the appointment and have the work completed then I will revise and complete my review. It took a few calls, but they did complete the work as promised.

Their follow through was excellent. They completed an inspection check list, which will be good for potential buyers, since our house is on the market. I would use them again.

It worked out really well. We actually had purchased it because we had noticed a leak and they came out and took a look at it and and we have postpone the actual repair, but they did come back and fix it and as far as I know my husband was very pleased with it. He was the one who dealt with him. He is unavailable right now, but everything was fixed and they did well. The only thing at the beginning I had to double check is because it wasn't very clear was whether or not they service Northern Kentucky so before I purchased the coupon. As far as the work went it was very good and we have been very pleased with everything from Angie's actually. They were honest about the work. They didn't say oh this has been covered by the deal what the deal was actually the deal. They came out twice, came out to do the evaluation and then they came back to do the repair work. I believe there is probably some kind of warranty on the work, but my husband was the one who dealt with it actually. Their honesty and fairness are definitely the big pluses there. I would use them again in the future.

Two leaks were repaired but one was missed. The company will return and repair the missed leak.

ally for corrections after the main This started out as an insurance claim for a partial roof and soffit repair. However, my roof needed more work and I agreed with them. I'm a construction inspector and not fooled easily. They gave me a fair price and even corrected (lowered) the estimate when THEY discovered a mistake on the estimate. Punctuality was not a real issue as people have to understand that construction often is at the whim of weather conditions. I am perfectly satisfied with their timeliness. They used quality materials and were very professional in their demeanor. I heartily recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work done and will certainly use them myself if the need requires it.

Our sales rep was Travis and he is very professional and worked with my insurance adjuster during the whole inspection process. In addition to having our roof replaced, we installed new gutters, chimney cap, and a power vent. I had a lot of questions regarding the details about what we were purchasing (i.e - power vent specs/wiring) and if Travis did not know the answer off the top of his head, he found the answers out and was in constant communication with me. Once we settled on everything we purchased, Tony was assigned as the project manager. He is also very professional and answered any questions I had during the roof installation process. We had one minor hiccup with a sub contractor, but Chad the owner called me and settled the issue promptly. Roofing Annex is a very professional company and I would recommend them to anyone.

It turned out just fine. We were very happy with the results There are very professional. I would use them again in the future. They were prompt, and it only took them a couple of days to complete the job.

They were fine, they did a great job. They came and looked at my roof after some hail had come through and gave me an honest opinion. They said that I did not have any significant damage and while they were there the first time I asked them about installing an attic fan. They did give me a quote and today they came to install it.
