They were great.  They are very personable.  They have good prices.  Their carpet installers are good.  I would use them every time and would use them again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better experience.  I know I traditionally don't like buying carpet or replacing things that you aren't sure are broke.  But our home looks 100% better and the quality of the carpet was just unreal!  We had a builder grade and we can really feel the difference!

They were highly rated on Angie's list. When we went to get the estimate they seemed very nice. We felt that they were a nice fit for us; we will be using their services.

Very nice staff in the showroom.  They were very helpful with our selection process and had good ideas to keep the cost down.  Only issue was mix up with the timing of the installation.  No-show on first date then came on another date that was a surprise to us.  Eventually sorted it out.  The installers were very good and courteous.  Hard to judge carpet price competitiveness.

They did an excellent job.  I really liked the work they did.  They were very helpful.  The carpet is holding up well.  They helped me pick out the carpet, and they did the work very quickly.

We needed a tile that was light enough for a kitchen that has no windows. Other places we looked did not have anything we could use. They also knew and provided all the things we needed to do the job as well as additional insight. Super people to do business with.

Absolutely wonderful! We used them in the past and are a repeat customer due to the first experience. They could not be beat on price or customer service. The installers were fantastic, friendly, and did an excellent job!

They were quick, efficient and the prices were decent. They were easy to deal with. We spent about $3000 on that work.

At the store, Jennifer was quite helpful as I made selections. She answered my questions, showed me many samples, and was patient while I made decisions. The sheet vinyl installer, Melvin, was very professional and competent and did a very good job of installing the flooring. The kitchen floor was installed properl. by a different crew. I postponed the carpet installation until painting was completed, but it is scheduled soon. I have no comparisons with which to evaluate pricing.

The showroom is very nice and it is a family run business which I like. All that I met were very nice and helpful. The tile went in well and looks great. My only small irritation is that when I later had contractors put in a hard wood floor, when they removed the metal strip on the edge of the kitchen bathroom to put in a wood strip, the way the installers from Simply had put it in left holes and a crack that would have been visible with the wood strip. So we had to put a wide metal strip at the doorway. Also, the tiles don't clean up quite as easily as I had hoped, but I am still happy with the job and with the company. I got the impression that they do a lot of carpet, so may check with them again when I'm ready for new carpet.

Everything went well. I had called before hand giving them the size of the room and they had given me an approximate price and when I went in to look at the choices, they allowed me to take home the samples to look at them in the room. I picked out a color and they called me back with a price that was just a little less than that estimated price. Someone came and measured on a Saturday, which was helpful and the following week the carpet was ordered and installed.

The owner Jim was a great help. He was very helpful.he help us a lot to choose the carpet.The installer were great.They were very friendly and the have done a wonderful job.

On our first visit Dawn Marie gave us her full attention and took about 2 hours helping us figure our which carpet we liked the best and how we could get the best bang for our buck. We returned several times to look again, once to order and once for final payment. (Jim Sr. and Jim also helped us and they were both fantastic.) We never felt pressure and they gave us their honest opinion when asked (if they had answered differently they would have sold a more expensive product). It took two days to install the carpet in both areas. The workmen that installed the carpet were courteous, answered our questions and did a great job. They arrived on time and finished when they said they'd be done. We shopped around and one big thing we noticed is they didn't nickel and dime us, the price quoted included everything. Other retailer's base price was lower, but after you added on all of the small fees their price could not come close to competing- in one instance it was the same exact carpet. It was installed about a month ago and I am still as happy with our purchase as the day it was installed. We hope to replace the carpet in the rest of our home next year and we will be returning to Simply Floors.
