My only complaint is there was no follow-up regarding ongoing treatment service. I even emailed the company asking about prices for monthly or quarterly service and received no reply.
i explained that my tenant was freaked out by the idea of mice, much less the vision of them.... and hated any other creepy-crawlies that might be around.
they showed me some egress points, plugged them up, put out traps, took over an hour to do it [ it's a large house] and were gone. no problems since then.
He was to examine the attic, set traps and come back in 2 weeks to check the traps.
I had to work and had a friend wait for him. He told her he didn't need to check the attic even
though it was clearly stated in the "deal" that he would. I contacted AngiesList and he came back out.
He was a bit belligerent and finally checked the attic. He said he would come back in 2 weeks to check
the traps but I told him that he didn't need to. I did not wish to have him in my home again.
T am not sure about the date and price paid.
"The initial time we were at your home it was raining very hard. Since the Rodent and Spider prevention includes two services, i told you to call our office at your convenience to set the next service. At that time i would check the exterior for any openings and check your attic for any openings. We checked the bait stations and sprayed your home again. You wrote "15 mins putting traps out and spraying baseboards" You were grading us on a job that had not yet been completed."
"When I arrived at your home i told you about the service and told you everthing i was to do. I was going to put out rodent bait stations and glue boards out in the house and on the exterior, and spray the baseboards in your home, and the garage, and the front porch, and look around out side for any openings that a rodent could get it. You said that you did not want the inside of your home sprayed except the basement and garage. You said that you didnt see any bugs in the house, so that is what i sprayed. I told you i thought the mice were getting inside through the garage. This is what i do for a living and that was my opinion. When i was getting ready to leave your home i told you that you could call back when ever you had a chance to schedule a follow-up visit. You never did that, and when i called you said "What do you need to come back for". I proceeded to tell you how you paid for two services, but you werent happy with the service anyhow. You said you werent as mad at me as you were at Angies List. You said that the price was too high. I do not like unhappy customers, and if it was National Termite you were upset with or Angies List, I tried to reason with you. I told you i would give you a refund, do additional services at no charge. None of that seemed to please you. You put your response/ grade in before work was even completed."
