We have not had any problems since they came out. They were quick to come out and the spray they put down took care of most of the insects.

They did a very good job, and I’ve noticed a decrease in the bugs and spiders around my house.  They were cooperative and helpful and did a good job.  I’ve had him back once since then, too, and I‘ll use him again in the future.

Everything turned out well. They showed on time, acted professionally, and did the work as promised. Additionally, their methods seem to have been effective as the rodent and spider situation has improved.

Also ineffective. Still saw bugs n spiders.

It was an okay treatment.

The provider did what he said he was going to do. They were punctual, on time and the gentleman was nice to let me know what he was doing as he was doing. He was courteous and professional. He also answered all my questions. He put down the traps and the quality was good. He also sprayed too.

I did not use National Termite & Pest Control

They we're suppose to call me within 72 hours and that was weeks ago and still no call!!!

The worker went very quickly through the house, said we didn't need to move anything away from the baseboards, and he didn't move anything out of the way. Said he would spray around the outside of the house. I went out to talk with him about 5 minutes later and he was gone...no way he could have made it all the way around the house that fast. The ants were back around the baseboard in some rooms within a week.

The service was fine and there were no additional charges. Their treatment was effective and the problem was solved.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. it was fine. He showed up promptly. He was pleasant. He did fine. I actually appreciated that he did not try to talk me into any more services than what we had agreed upon.

It was OK

Everything was fine. Because of the square footage of my house, there was an additional cost of $40.

They did a great job.  The provider was very prompt (came the next day).  Customer service was excellent and they followed up the next day to verify that I was happy with the service.

He performed services as offered in the Big Deal and answered questions and gave advice I found useful.  I felt it was a good value and would use his services again and recommend him to others.  Very satisfied. 

He was okay, but not great. I thought he was supposed to look for termites, but he really just looked in like two spots, which to me just didn't seem enough. He also forgot to spray for ants. He sprayed a little bit in a few areas after we reminded him and I still have ants in the kitchen. I just wasn’t really happy with his work. However, he was really prompt and quick to respond.

He was quick to schedule, showed up on time, and the ants have not reappeared yet. He agreed nest could be under concrete patio and advised treating for that would be expensive. We are waiting until we did up patio in the future.

It went well, he was on time and did the service he was supposed to do.

They were wonderful to work with. They were very kind, honest and reliable. Most importantly they were flexible with scheduling. I was also impressed that they offered a guarantee on their work!

My experience with them was okay. The big deal said that they would come out three times and spray for pest control Spring, Summer and Fall and he did come out promptly. He sprayed the insecticide in the house and out if the house. He was in and out pretty quickly. It was nice that I could schedule him quickly and he was here on time. The main thing that I am disappointed in is that he never came back to do the other spray and I think I probably need to contact him because he only did the Spring spray. So I am a little disappointed in that because I have to fetch his number somewhere and try calling because we are having some bug issues again. I am sure that he will come right back out. But I wish he would have just contacted me or come without me calling him again. I did get an email request from you all to do like an evaluation but I wasn't really sure how to evaluate him because when he came it was fine, I was just really disappointed that he didn't come again for the summer treatment.
