 + -1 moreAlthough I watched the framing expert for Michael's be rude to other customers before me, he was quite helpful. I went into the store with a thought in mind about how to frame my pictures. He made some other suggestions that I ended up going with, and I am pleased I did. Obviously, he knows more about framing that I do!
Description of Work: I had three pictures framed. Two smaller prints were frames in a stainless steel frame and the other larger print in a wood frame.

 + -1 moreOVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AT MICHAEL'S. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, AND CREATIVE. I HAVE HAD MANY ITEMS FRAMED RECENTLY AND TRUST THEM EVERY TIME.
Description of Work: I HAD A NUMBER OF POSTERS AND VALUABLE PRINTS FRAMED. THEY PROVIDED ASSISTANCE IN CHOOSING THE PERFECT FRAME AND MATTING FOR EACH ITEM.
