Chris L. and Chris K. along with their team were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They were very punctual, good work ethics. We had a couple of unexpected bumps (one was me trying to get the correct size shutters ordered....btw, go to Butler County Lumber for that and other items) and both Chris' assured me not to worry that it was not a problem and workable. It was a pleasure working with them. I have had compliments on how the house looks. One person asked me if I had gotten new awnings because the newly painted ones look so good. I definitely would use them again for either interior or exterior work. Highly recommend them.

Fresh Coat was the most responsive of the providers I contacted. They provided a detailed proposal and informed me of when they would be able to fit me in if I wanted them to do the work quoted. They were on time in all instances, were very professional yet very personable. Their work was excellent with no mess left from the project. I was very pleased with them as providers and plan to have them do some interior painting later this year.

This is a follow up to previous feed back to you. The company responded to my concern. Owner came out to look at the work performed. He indicated that the work looked fine and he could not see what I was pointing out to him. Furthermore, he was very sorry that I was not satisfied but offered no resolution. We reached an impasse.

Chris Lebling runs an outstanding business. He came out promptly to give me an estimate of the work to be done, and suggested other projects that I may have overlooked. Between signing the contract and the actual scheduled painting day, I added two more projects, and he didn't bat an eye. He was able to match up colors to existing paint (top of the line Sherwin Williams paint). His crew of four painters arrived promptly at 8am on the scheduled day - they were polite, respectful of my home and cleaned everything before leaving. They repaired corner beads without being asked and caulked where needed. Chris came by at the beginning and end of the day to ensure everything met with my satisfaction.

The quality of the work and materials exceeded my expectations. Chris is exceptional to work with - you immediately have the highest level of trust. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others!

It was fantastic. I came home and they had accomplished so much more than I had anticipated. Chris the owner is excellent. He was on site at different times checking on the quality and progress. He was great at keeping me informed and asking questions to make sure they got everything right. We had to back the work off due to construction delays and he worked with us really well. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Selected company based on Angie's reviews and price.  This was the 2nd highest bid I received.  It included all labor and paint.  Chris was able to provide an estimate during the initial meeting.  I was able to schedule the work relatively quickly.  The painter was very professional and friendly.  Job got done in 2 days!  The only issue we ran into was some paint landed on a window shade.  Chris immediately addressed the situation and attempted to fix it even going as far as taking the shade to a professional cleaner.  It didn't work but he provided a financial solution to the problem.  I was satisfied overall and will likely consider them for future paint projects.

Fresh Coat of West Chester/Mason did an excellent  job with both the interior walls and the garage.  The owner was very professional and knowledgeable, as was the painter.  They both were punctual and thorough.  I especially like the fact that the painters are employees of the company. It was an excellent experience and I would hire them again.

Chris (the local franchise owner) was professional and helpful from beginning to end (even though his wife had knee surgery the morning of the work): 
   responsive and detailed with estimate
   modified estimate with other options as requested
   scheduling
   checking work to make sure we were happy and work was finished on time
   quickly taking care of a small issue when dry wall tape popped up after the work was done
Ron (the painter) did a great job with wallpaper removal, repairing the wall, and painting the walls and ceiling.  He came back to fix the small issue with drywall tape without complaint

It went great.  The owner of this company is incredibly professional, the painters were great, and I will hire again.  Highly recommend.

.I was very pleased with the work. The old paint was scraped and where necessary filler or caulking was applied.
 The job was finished with two coats of a high quality paint .
