The gentleman was very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of.  The crew was neat, never left a mess and very respectful of our belongings.  They completed the work on time.

Obviously busy season and plenty of business, it took 30+ days to schedule the lifting of 5 concrete blocks in my walkway to the front porch. Total time from first call to actual completion: 40+ days. First visit resulted in broken drill bit and had to reschedule for several days later. Second visit all work was completed. I did have a question regarding the actual level of the blocks, because although they were leveled out, the result was still several inches below the original spot on my porch. I spoke with mgr and he came out and took pictures, but I did not receive any call back or email, so went ahead and paid it since the work was done as stated. I'd still hire them in the future, I'd just spend a little more time defining the work and also want to be there when the work was done.

The guy who came out was wonderful.  He clearly knew what he was talking about.  Some of the other estimators who came out suggested draconian measures to fix the leak.  The man from Dwyer clearly told us what the problem was, and the best way to fix it.  He thought some of the previous recommendations we received were a needless waste of money.
He also gave us the name of a handyman who could do some of the minor repairs he suggested.
He was prompt, professional, and knowledgable.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael arrived at my house on 8/15 and gave me an estimate to have a driveway slab lifted and leveled.  He was punctual and professional.
The work was performed on 9/13.  I could have had it done earlier but I was going out of town for 2 weeks.  The workmen arrived before the appointed time but that was fine.  The workmen stayed on task and the task was completed in a timely manner.  I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.  I was delighted to receive a thank-you note from them for hiring them.

So far so good.  The gentleman who  came out the first time studied the foundation thoroughly before raising the front part of the house while the second seemed unsure as to what to do and kept asking me what I thought he should do.

Dwyer inspected and estimated a slabjacking solution for our sinking driveway and porch.  It was way, way cheaper than it would have been to pour new concrete.  They are a busy company, and we had to get in line for a 2 month wait.  But they showed up the day they said they would, and did a great job.  I've got no complaints and would use them again.

During repair they said they would lift house and get crack to get as closed as they could.  When lifting they tried for a long time. Pictures came off walls cracks happened in ceiling and fireplace pulled away from wall and a new crack developed in front of baement.  I went  out and told them the house is falling apart chimeny coming off and the front wall now had crack. The guy said I cannot get crack to close at all or the house to lift.   He filled in the crack with some foam as it has not closed at all.  He said the the problem was my screened in porch it was actually attached ot the foundation of the house and was pulling the house and making it tilt.  He said I need to lift the screened in porch.  I said how much more is that becaue you didnt even do whatg you said.  He said dont worry we will be back out with manager as he was just the lifting guy.  No one came out I called for months finaly got ahold of them in November and they said cant do anything now ground is freezing we will be out in Ap;ril that would be April 2010.  No one came finally I got someone out toward October.  They said that the guy that lifted house was wrong and their stuff worked.  I swaid why is crack so big still and why is house still cracking everyhwere I patched it.  He said I worried to much it was normal.  No
I have three new huge cracks the fireplace is now abut 2 iinches from wall and orgianl crack is even bigger.  If I need to lift the screened in porch I will but I paid you 3000 for nothing.  But more ctacks and repairs.  My front door wont even lock anymore.  Nothing lines up.
Please do not use them unless you have a second opinion.  I have had three friends have same problems told them do not go to these people.  They went somewhere else and their stuff is fine.  I am disabled and on social security that was two months of income for me.  I was trying to save my house it is all I have.

I need to have my residential foundation checked for possible repair work.  After calling 3 others and setting up appointments, I next called Dwyer: woman answered and just said, 'Dwyer - can you hold.'  Yes, I said ... and I held and held, and finally hung up after several minutes of no response.  Called back -- same thing: 'Dwyer - can you hold.  How rude?  But it looked like this company had such good ratings with Angie, so I held on.  Woman came on finally -- no weekend or evening appointments for an estimate, she said, and the earliest someone could come out would be over a week to three weeks away.  Thanks but no thanks.  If they are that busy -- can't answer the phones and too much trouble to come out and give an estimate to a homeowner within reasonable time frame, how much less service would I get if I were their customer -- or worse yet, encountered a problem or question about their work.

No complaints.  They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it.  And it comes with a 2 year warranty not to fall again.
Just a word of caution to those who have never used this type of service.  Lifting pads by pumping "mud" under them can result in new cracks appearing.  This is way cheaper than a new concrete pad/pouring, so it can be an alternative.

Finding Dwyer to do this work proves to me the value of Angie's List, which was my guide to their doorstep. The company is "professional" from beginning to end, including the person who came to examine the situation and provide an "estimate," the people in the home office who scheduled my appointment, and the person who did the "fixing." It is easy to see why so Dwyer is so highly rated on Angie's List. They did such a good job, I felt it worth my time to acknowledge their excellence and recommend them highly to whomever faces issues such as mine.

I got their info off Angie's List and called them on 4/9/2012. They set an appointment for 4/11/2012 at 10:30am. I arranged my schedule around it and stayed home until 12:45pm. They never showed up, never called. It is now 4/13/2012, still nothing.

Consider this company before you think of removing and replacing existing concrete.  Realize that this service will raise the concrete and greatly improve the cosmetic effect.  The overall procedure is quick (mine was approximately 1 hour from start to finish) and really was painless - no outward sign from workman nor equipment.  The equipment had no harmful effect on my driveway (sometimes weight of the vehicle might be a concern).

I called Dwyer with the expectation that I would hire them to lift our patio.  When they arrived I was told that the patio would not benefit from their service.  I appreciate the honesty.

The overall experience with them was good.  We found out through them that we actually had piers on our house that weren’t revealed.  It kind of turned into a mess.  But Dwyer did an excellent job.  They honored the warranty.  They came back and adjusted the piers at no charge.  We never actually paid them to do any work.  I do have a high view of them because they honored our warranty and came back and did the right thing.  They do have a 25-year warranty on any foundation work they do as transferable to one owner.  We had a couple of issues.  They came back and checked it out.  They did a search and found that they had done that work six years earlier.  So they did two days of work for no charge.  They are very reliable and a good company to work with.  They wouldn’t have to even tell us that it was under warranty.  We didn’t even know.  They were the ones who brought it to our attention.  We were getting ready to pay them for the work.
