He also gave us the name of a handyman who could do some of the minor repairs he suggested.
He was prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
The work was performed on 9/13. I could have had it done earlier but I was going out of town for 2 weeks. The workmen arrived before the appointed time but that was fine. The workmen stayed on task and the task was completed in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. I was delighted to receive a thank-you note from them for hiring them.
I have three new huge cracks the fireplace is now abut 2 iinches from wall and orgianl crack is even bigger. If I need to lift the screened in porch I will but I paid you 3000 for nothing. But more ctacks and repairs. My front door wont even lock anymore. Nothing lines up.
Please do not use them unless you have a second opinion. I have had three friends have same problems told them do not go to these people. They went somewhere else and their stuff is fine. I am disabled and on social security that was two months of income for me. I was trying to save my house it is all I have.
Just a word of caution to those who have never used this type of service. Lifting pads by pumping "mud" under them can result in new cracks appearing. This is way cheaper than a new concrete pad/pouring, so it can be an alternative.
They listened to me
They cleaned up after themselves
I am happy with the results
