West Chester, Ohio 45069 For Customer Service, call 1-800-367-2810. ?Ballard Co. is a great company, has great quality and a variety of merchandise where to can choose from, and the customer service is amazing, We ordered two Triple Acanthus Table Base, which were delivered before the tentative date.. The packing was excellent in a very professional way !!! However, one of the pieces showed a small crack. I called the Co. & immediately, in front of the person in charge of the delivery/unpacking, and Ballard employees didn?t hesitate to take care of that and order a replacement piece, which also arrived before the estimated time..!! Since they are pretty heavy and they are cast-made, they need to be handled with care, so we contracted the ?in-home-delivery? option which includes the delivery, the unpacking and placing the piece/s in the place you decide. Even the freight company was very efficient and courteous. It?s important to make this known to prospective customers, as today -regrettably- customer service in many stores is not what it used to be, not to mention, to deal with employees who barely speak English.
