Quick, efficient, and friendly.

They were quick and efficient. Within three hours of letting them know what I needed they were done. I also asked if they could do another project and they called back around 7:30 pm to see if they could complete that too. This was perfect for me. That job was also finished that evening. Very polite, friendly, and they didnâ t waste any time.

Mike (Owner) responded to me quickly and once he got an idea of the horror my family had gone through, over 30 days with no hot water, he stayed in touch and had Bob out here to assess what we needed. Light years from the 3 idiots who came before. Once we purchased a new water heater Bob picked it ip that day and he and Donald got it Installed that evening . I will be calling them again.

The project was to replace a gas range with an electric range. Mike Marshall was very helpful and persistent in seeing that the job was completed. We had some issues (not of their making) that had to be resolved during the process. The work by Bob and Donald was competed on time and to our satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am an out of state investor and purchased a property in Ohio. Per the home inspection there were some electrical and plumbing items that needed to be done. My initial contact was with Mike, who was awesome! Bob came out to give me an estimate and noticed some additional things that needed to be addressed which I was so appreciative of since I have to rely on the expertise of others to have my back. Mike, Bob and Donny were so personable, professional, informative, prompt, and would call me about anything so I was aware of what was going on. They also sent me pictures at every stage. We ended up having some additional electrical issues and they worked diligently to try to figure out the cause. They were able to come up with the best and most cost effective options for me. Other companies would have probably tried to milk the situation and take me for all it was worth. They probably don't know this, but I have all their phone numbers saved in my phone and IF I have any plumbing or electrical issues they will be the FIRST to call. If I could have given 10 stars, they would have gotten it. What a great TEAM at United Plumbing & Electric.

I moved my washer and dryer to another room which involved plumbing and 220v change. they had an expert in each as well as being able to open up the drywall and repair it !

Arrived on time and went to work and project was done in 30 minutes. They needed to remove old garbage disposal and install new one we had purchased which was the same as the old one. No mess made . We were highly pleased with the work performed. I believe their names were Bob and Don and they worked well together. We would be happy to use their service again.

Crew was great. Help with warranty issues to the best of their abilities. Left the house in great shape. What should have been a straight change-out turned into a little more than that. They did a very good job and were very considerate of my home. I would hire this Veteran owned business again.

I had an unexpected plumbing problem with my bathtub faucet freezing after our areaâ s recent severe weather and below zero temperatures. I had to completely turn off my whole house water main until I could find a plumber to fix it. But who would help me on Christmas Day? Amazingly I got a call from the owner, Mike, who accurately diagnosed my problem over the phone, and advised me on how I could deal with the issue until stores opened the next day. He also arranged for his knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumbers to completely replace and repair the old damaged fixtures and pipes. And he was able to advise me on how I might avoid similar problems in the future as well! I could not recommend United Plumbing more highly. 100 stars wouldnâ t be enough!
