They charged me what they had quoted me over the phone. They did very good work, and had the work done by the time they said they would. I would recommend them and use them again.

They were pretty good. They were very fast and they came when they said they were going to come. They did the job very quickly. Considering how fast it was I thought it was rather expensive, but I don't have any other complaints.

I felt that they were very professional. They performed the job in the time that they told me. I thought the quality of the work was very good. They brought the rug back looking like new. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

I was very pleased. They were very punctual and they did a nice job. They moved everything that needed to be moved and they moved it back. I felt the price was a little on the high side.

I called a couple of weeks in advance and asked about a morning appointment on a specific day. Since I called well in advance, they were quite willing to accommodate. I had measured the areas before I called and was given an estimate of $176 for the carpet plus $40 for the chair. I called after 3 p.m. the day before and was given a specific time. The gentleman arrived within two minutes of the appointment time. He took a swift look at the job, gave me some options (I decided to Scotch Guard the small bedroom, which added to the cost), went down, got his equipment and went to work. I guess the project was done in around 45 minutes. I was particularly happy about 3 things: 1) There was no aggressive salemanship about buying unnecessary options. 2) He did a very good job in cleaning the much used lift chair 3) He recognized a couple of trouble spots (a short hallway and an area next to a chair mat) and went back over those areas several times.

The dispatcher called and said he had a truck in my area that had finished early and offered to come immediately. I accepted. They were here within 1/2 hour. The guys on the truck called to confirm that they were on their way. Punctuality and service were great.

Everything was outstanding. We have used them many times in the past. Easy scheduling just a few days in advance, very courteous service. They explain everything, and are very prompt. We had quite a few stains from pets and toddlers, all of which came out with cleaning. We will surely use them again in the spring.

I spoke with Armin, who was very accommodating to our short notice call for service. He guaranteed a morning appointment due to our extenuating circumstances and also assured me that he would have the cleaners lay down protective covering (Kraft paper) on the high traffic areas (entryways, halls, stairs, etc.) so that their work was not negated by the movers work. We required full house carpet cleaning prior to move-in with a two-day window from closing to the family s relocation from another state. The prior home owners agreed to stay over to accommodate the cleaners since the closing was not yet complete (and the new owners obviously had no key), but they were leaving town later that day thus the request for morning service. On the scheduled day, by 11:00 a.m. the cleaners still had not arrived and I had not received a call regarding a delay. When I reached out to them, I was told that the address was not on the schedule until early afternoon, and then had to listen to a lecture from the dispatcher about how morning service did not guarantee early morning, just morning. However, 12:45 p.m. is not morning either, which is when they finally arrived. They also did not leave runners on the high traffic areas. So, in a nutshell, Armin agreed to everything, but did not deliver on the two key requested items. While they did a respectable job on the cleaning, as suspected there are areas that will need to be touched up subsequent to the move.

Very professional service. Picked up the rugs exactly when they were scheduled, returned them one week later with the new pads. Gave a $20 discount for Angie's List coupon.

I have used their services many times. They are prompt and courteous. They are hard workers. They are very flexible. They measure to make sure the you know how much it will cost before they start.

I made the appointment on the first phone call, they arrived as scheduled. We had moved the furniture ourselves the night before. The cleaning took about an hour. We had some pet stains that are now gone. They did an excellent job. They have an Angie's List discount.

They got the stain out completely. Whatever they did to the rug to clean it, it worked. They made this antique rug look like new. Their price was very reasonable.

Arslanian Brothers came out and they cleaned all of the carpets that were in my home, They did a fantastic job. They were always responsive and professional.

Overall, I looked for them on the list and they are very well known in the area. They are very nice and I love to use them all the time.

I like them. The man was very polite. He came on time and he did a very good job. I used them one other time a few years ago and they did a good job then too.

They easily accommodated my short notice, were prompt and did a very thorough job with my very dirty bur bur carpet. Some areas did not clean as well as I would have liked, although I do believe that is the age of the carpet and not the service. They also scotch-guarded which I had not originally requested, but they were prepared to do so anyway.

Excellent. This is the second time they have cleaned the carpet and the first time for the furniture. Greg and Dave arrived at the time promised and went right to work. They were polite and professional and answered my questions regarding drying time and when to move furniture back. The carpet [which is construction quality I inherited from the tightwad previous owner] is near the end of its life-cycle, but it looks better than ever. The sofas look brand new. I would definitely recommend Arsalnian Bros., they are the absolute best.
