We called Arslanian Brothers to steam clean two large light colored carpets in anticipation of an open house. They were able to schedule us quickly and arrived promptly as scheduled. They got to work very quickly and did a beautiful job on our carpets in a short amount of time. The rugs look like new and we were very pleased.

I contacted Arslanian for an estimate for carpet cleaning and they told me it was a flat rate of 32 cents a square foot including moving furniture. So I called and made an appointment for the cleaning. He gave me an approximate time window for the cleaner's arrival. He said to call the evening before the day scheduled for the cleaning and that he would give an exact arrival time. I called the evening before and he told me a time. They arrived at the stated time.They said that for an additional $100 they could apply Scotchguarding. It sounded like a good idea, so my wife agreed.The cleaners were curteous, pleasant, and professional. My wife and I were very pleased with the result. They even put blocks of styrofaom under the the feet of all the furniture to hold it up off the carpet until the carpet dried. My overall experience with Arslanian was flawless and I ould definitely use them again.

They did the job and we were pleased with the job. They came and picked it up and dropped it off. It was to our liking.

They will pickup and drop off your rugs. There is a discount if you take them to their Warrensville Hts. building. One rug had been in our basement and we wanted to put it in a bedroom. They recommended a deodorizing. It smells much better. Some dried PlayDoh did not come out and I had to cut it out with scissors, otherwise all the rugs cleaned up well. While dropping off, we asked about couch cleaning. Another truck arrived within a few hours the same day for the cleaning. It turned out great as well. They were punctual and professional. Pricing is reasonable.

The cleaned carpets in a large family room and large bedroom.  The staff was prompt and pleasant.  They did a lovely job.  They moved furniture and protected furniture when needed.  I will continue to use them for carpet cleaning services.

They were very accommodating.  They met me at work to pick up the area rugs and when finished they delivered them back to my home.  They did an excellent job.

They were awesome and I will use them again in the future.

I have used Arslanian Brothers 3 times in the past 2 years. This company sets the gold standard for professionalism as well as excellence in this industry. I have been amazed at the stains they have been able to remove from my carpet and furniture. They are punctual and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough.  Wonderful, wonderful job.

They are sloppy.  They damaged my woodwork, they left a mess, and they cleaned only a few spots.  They were in and out too fast.  They were also very hard to deal with.  I would never recommend them to others.

I have them come every six months for many years.  I have white wall-to-wall carpeting.  My house came with white carpeting and I thought it would only last six months.  It lasted for thirteen years and I am amazed because they have done such a good job maintaining it.  They are good.

They have always done a great job for us.  They had to come out a couple of times to get the spot out.

As usual, the workers arrived on time and were polite and efficient.  They use state of the art equipment and, as always, put down carpet protectors under the legs of the furniture.  They don't rush through the job,but don't dawdle.  It is obvious that they are expertly trained.  I would not have any other service in my home.

Two people came out. I was very pleased. They were very thorough and they got everything out.They showed me the two stains that they were concerned about. They tried their hardest to get it all out. There was one stain left, but I figured that it was going to be hard to get rid of. I had a child who got sick the day that they were supposed to come. They had no problems and rescheduled it for me.

They used to always do our house here and my mother-in-law at that time lived across the street, so we always had to do her house too. We had a coupon and they always honored that. Part of our home is hardwood floor, so there is less to do. I found out about them through coupons. They did a good job. It was always adequate.

I like them a lot I always use them.  I have 2 dogs so the carpet gets muddy, a lot of dog hair and dirty, I use them 3 times a year, I have been using them for 8 years,  they even clean my grout

The service man that came out did not take off his shoes or put on footies, tracking wet and grime up 3 flights.  

Upon inspecting the chair, he said that he didn't think it would come out and I'd be better off going to buy some stuff and doing it myself.  I explained the situation, and asked him to just try and get it clean as possible. 

He then asked if I would mind moving the chair down 3 flights so he wouldn?t have to bring his equipment up.  I was reluctant, but did so. Unfortunately, I scraped the walls 3 times trying to carry the chair and ottoman down to the entry level foyer area where he requested I set it up (we live in a 3 story condo), which is exactly why I didn't want to carry it down.

Himself and another gentleman brought in the tubes, etc. into the foyer, with my front door wide open and them tracking wet everywhere.  The cleaner dropped the nozzle, and the handle came unattached from the tube, spraying water everywhere... all over the floor, the walls, etc.  The 2nd guy asked what happened, and the first guy gave him the "shhhhh..." motion (not knowing I was watching the whole thing) and said just wipe it up.  Except he didn't.  The freshly painted wall in my foyer has water streaks all down it.  

He then told me to go get a blanket so he could set the cushions down on it, which I complied.  He went to work cleaning, all the while saying how he doesn?t think its going to get clean, and the company that sent the chair is picking up the tab.  Very defeatist attitude from the start.  Despite his claims, the spots were starting to come out.  The other guy went to the truck to get some sort of solvent, and when he tried to apply it, the cleaner again, said... "Nah, it's not coming out, that stuff aint going to help."  Very strange, like he just didn't want to clean it or something.  So he got a few of the spots to get about 75% lighter, and had me come inspect.  I said, "Yea, that?s a lot better!" and he said ok.  Now I assume he was going to keep working the spots until it was gone, but he didn't.  In fact he left the other spots right beside the ones he had been working on at 90-100%... so they are really dark.  

He quickly went over the rest of the chair, missing sections, very rushed.   Did not feel for one minute he cared or was trying to actually help.  He just wanted to leave.  He finishes up, tells me 80+ bucks, and leaves.  No help carrying anything back  up, no wiping up the mess they made, nothing.  Was pretty ticked off to be honest.  Would not use them again.  

Insult to injury, they didn't even give me my Angies List discount!

I do believe that Arslanian Brothers is a really good company. Their staff is very nice and they are concerned about giving good service. Probably my bad experience was because my rugs are not good rugs. They are olefin. I took the rugs to be cleaned; they were very dirty. The staff was very nice to me and even carried the rugs inside for me. The price was very fair because as I explained to them, my rugs are not top quality rugs. I picked up the rugs and took them home. They were cleaned promptly. The probalem becamse obvious after I brought the rugs home and opened them to lay them out. The smell of the smallest one was unbearable. I placed it in the room where it went hoping that it would air out. A week went by and the smell was so bad that it was hard to go in the room where it is. I now put it in the attic to air out and hopefully by spring it will be OK to bring down. I talked to Arslanian Brothers, told them of my problem and asked that half of my payment be returned to me because I can't use the rugs. I got an immediate response and they offered to clean the rug a second time and would schedule a pick up in 3 days. That was never done. I gave the largest of the 2 rugs away. I still have the smaller one in the attic airing out. Someday I may be able to use it. However the smell is so strong right now that I doubt it. As I said before it is possibly becaue the rugs are inexpensive and the cleaning released this terrible odor. I would use this company again however because they have a great reputation for cleaning (top quality) rugs.

They are absolutely top notch! I wouldn’t even think of hiring another company.
