I would highly recommend this company. They have flexible times available, are punctual and do an exceptional job!

Cleaned two oriental rugs for us, and stored them for free when our new home was not finished being built yet. Very professional. One of the rugs smelled pretty bad since our dog did his business on it, and they got it perfectly clean - can't smell anything anymore, no stains. The rugs were a fairly expensive Turkish wool rug, and the other was a Karastan.

Responded promptly to phone call. Allowed me to tell them when I wanted them to come. Came when scheduled. Did a fine job. Said they had a sale and gave me a 20% discount.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a thorough job of carpet cleaning. They acted professionally throughout their visit. Their work was excellent.

My husband took some rugs to Arslanian Brothers to be cleaned. When they come out to your house you have to schedule your appointments but not when you are dropping rugs off at their place of business. They have been in business for years. They are excellent; we recommend them to everybody. We use their service every year.

I found Arslanian Carpet Cleaning on Angie's list and recognized them from the neighborhood. I was having a problem with my dogs urinating in the back hall on the carpet and the man from Arslanian came out and paid a lot of attention to that area. They were very professional and helpful. He paid attention to detail and was neat. I also had them clean a Chinese hook rug that we had and they did an excellent job on that.

He had us wait in the community room, with the cat and notified us as soon as he was done.

Quick and professional (I had prepared rooms by moving all but heaviest furniture, they put heavy items on foam pads).

This company picked up the rugs and delivered them back to us when they said they would. We haven't looked at the rugs at this time, but there is no reason to assume that they do not look great. If the rugs look good, we would hire this company again.

This company did a very good job. I have used them several times before and have always been happy with them. They put styrofoam pads under the heavy pieces of furniture. They cleaned up very well after themselves.

The rugs had to be cleaned because they had smoke damage on them. When they brought the rugs back, I didn't have the insurance money to pay them. They charged me $2000.00. They had the rugs rolled up after they were washed. They made me lay them back down. I thought the price was high. They charged me for having to store the rugs when I didn't have the insurance money. I didn't feel that the way they operated was in favor of the customer.

We wanted our rug cleaned before the holidays. They had told us that the work was done properly. The sides were gone. The stains were still there. It was wrinkled. It had lumps in it. The binding was peeling. They completely destroyed the rug.

Arslanian did a very nice job with the carpet cleaning. They are very professional, show up on schedule and do the work quickly but thoroughly.

They came on time and did a great job cleaning. I could not ask for a nicer and better crew. Everything looked wonderful when they left.
