Sump pump went out in middle of torrential rains.  Mike responded after hours and was at my home the next day as promised.  He installed a new pump and diagnosed a problem with the backup batteries.  He went above and beyond and went out, purchased a new battery and installed it.
Cant say enough about Mke and his service.

Mike made 3 separate visits to complete the job, in coordination with our ongoing work of remodeling the bathroom.
First he came and removed our old sink and toilet so we could strip woodwork, prep walls, etc.,  and repaint.  Then on short notice he made a special trip to install the new toilet after I finished repainting just that corner of the room because a family member was coming who could not climb stairs to the other bathroom.  Then finally when we were ready he came back to run pipes and install the new sink in a new location in the room.  On the last visit he brought a colleague to do the actual work because, as he explained, his wife was about to give birth.  He assured us the colleague would do a fine job, and he did, and we were impressed that Mike was so careful about arranging a substitute at a crucial point in his own life.

Mike Mackin responded immediately to my phone call?.we had no water at all since the waterline valve fell apart the previous day(Sunday a.m.).   He was able to come out Monday and install new valves and save the day?.what a relief!

As always the plumber was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and priced well.  Especially since I added on tasks once he got here.

Mike was able to give the estimate and do the work all at once. Total time was under an hour and a half. New valve and water line looks great!

Mike came to check out the leaky shower valve and made some recommendations on replacements, he came back a few weeks later to install this, along with a repair to an upstairs toilet, and to completely replace a downstairs toilet.  It took the better part of a day to do the initial work, but he needed some extra pieces so he had to come back a second time to finish up the work.  All in all the work was done very well and Mike was very professional.  We'd definitely use him again for future plumbing work.

I needed to get someone right away. They did everything I wanted and I have no complaints. I called them in the afternoon and they were there later that day to take care of the problem.

It was all taken care of quickly and professionally.

I talked to them over the phone and they fit me in for Monday between 2-4.  Mark arrived at around 2.  He looked at where I wanted the gas line.  He told me  it would be $l0.00 more than estimate he gave me over the phone.  I didn't have a problem with that  because I thought the gas line was on the wall I needed it on, but  it was on the other side.   He came in with the tubing and put it in. He showed me his work.  Gave me a email receipt.  I would definitely use them again.

Superbly!!  Mike was an absolute joy to work with.  He was ALWAYS on the job when we needed him. He not only answered every one of my calls/text/emails, he checked in with me regularly to advise me of his availability as our schedule evolved. He actually came in UNDER budget.  (He had quoted the most questionable part as a "Not to Exceed" and found a way to save the homeowner several hundred dollars.)  He was cheerful, efficient and pleasant to work with.  Ditto for his assistant.  He went the extra mile and helped us figure out how to deliver water to a custom tub filler.
When he first came to look at the job, he said something that impressed me as we were discussing our vague schedule. I don't remember the exact wording, but it was along the lines of "I'd rather under-promise and over-deliver".  Turns out Mike is the master of understatement.  We went into the project with a high degree of confidence--and he still managed to over-deliver.

Mike the plumber followed through with all details. He was neat and clean. He kept his word and always was on time. Price was very reasonable. Friendly.

That was all good. They came on time. There were no additional charges. We didn't have any issues since they did the replacement. They were nice guys. I would use them again in the future.

I still want to check out some other plumbers to compare prices.

Went really well. They replaced the leaky valve with a new non-freezing type.

I  had damage from a storm and my hot water tank stopped working. He relit the pilot on the tank to fix the problem.  Also, he replaced a valve that I could not get to budge. They did excellent work.

The provider apologized that he did not serve our area but was unable to provide information on a refund.  We had to go through Angie's list for that.  I was displeased with Angie's List responsiveness to getting the charge
off my credit card and had to rethink whether I'd even use the Big Deals
again since this was my first experience with it and it turned out to
be a hassle.  I had to dispute with my credit card company.

Mike was unable to locate where the leaky faucet pipes actually were in the house because, like just about everything else with our ridiculous/old home, nothing makes any logical sense on placement or purpose. The install was seamless and the outdoor faucet works fabulously. We couldn't have been happier with the service and product.
