Keith's quote for a 40 gal. water heater (plus pan) was less than the others I called. He came the next day, called ahead, arrived promptly, answered my questions, was professional and polite. I will call him the next time I need a plumber.

He stated that adding a return on my 2nd floor to improve air flow would be useless unless I blocked my return on the 1st floor- he than charge me 150.00 for " air pressure testing " which consisted of taking some handheld unit from vent to vent which resembled an electric meter which resulted in useless information. KC told me that the first floor return would need blocked before performing the tests- he may be trustworthy as a plumber but I would get any estimates for work in writing ahead of time from his- I believe this was unfair . Later, he stated he would return my money- which he has not done as of this date.

I would give KC Services 10 stars if I could and would recommend Keith to all my friends and family. Keith was thorough, neat, professional, and his charges were reasonable. Not only that, but Keith, who had not met me yet except by phone, remained on the phone with me when I felt unsafe with another plumber in the house. When the call was ended by the other plumber, Keith called back to make sure I was okay. Thankfully I was. And he has my unending gratitude.

Great and knowledgeable guy! P-drain in the floor was somewhat clogged and stunk. It was a simple job but he was great and explained everything so that I could do it myself and maintain it in the future. He also took a look at my upflush system and found a leak and will be back to fix that as well. Well worth the money for the knowledge!

Great service, very professional and reasonable price for toilet leak repair. Will call for any additional furnace, ac or plumbing repairs needed. A call was Made to verify before arriving to do repair and also quoted price before completing repair.

Keith was right on time. He had to get a few extra parts (better screws than what we had supplied Plus something to hang a hose up in better position for proper drainage) but he had those on his truck so he wasted no time getting things done. He was friendly and personable. Very honest. I kept thinking that maybe some new hoses may be needed and he did not feel it necessary. He could have gone ahead and changed them and charged me more for the call when he didn't have to, but he kept it honest. He even took some off the service charge since we had part of the process completed for him.

They have always come to fix the problem promptly in a professional way! Very knowledgeable and reliable. Will definitely hire again.

Could not have asked for a more professional person than Keith. He did an awesome job for all that he had to do. He was very dependable on getting the job done in a timely manner. He replace the main water line under our slab home, had to dig up front yard, along with going threw 5 inches of concrete to get to the line. He had our water back on in a few days. Could not ask for a better plumber. He also found a company to replace the concretion that didn't break the bank! Courteous and dependable. We would hire again in a instant!

We had galzinized piped that needed replaced. Called this company because it was local and close. He canceled twice, lost our number, and was over an hour late when he did come. He looked at the pipes, said he would give a quote by the weekend (3-4 days later). We never heard from him again! Waited two months to hear back and finally went with a different company who gave an estimate and completed the work on time and in less than a week from my first call to them.

He came when he said he would. He was very professional and personable. He figured out the issue, told me how much it would be to have him fix it and he fixed it. I have found a plumber I can call in the future.

I called the company on 11/02/17 and said I needed a new water heater and it was somewhat of an emergency. We had guests coming to stay with us and could not wait until Monday. He said he would be out the following day to install a new one. Originally he thought he could be here by 0900 but called back a short time later and asked if he could delay to noon. I didn't have a problem with that as long as it was done by 4 o'clock. He showed up and completed the work by 3 o'clock. Keith was very professional, completed the job and left the ares very clean. I would definitely recommend him.

It went great. He got started notices a prior plumber error. He got both done with in an hour. Answer some questions I had about my water heater and a new water heater. Price was good. I called 2 other plumber company to get at least a ball park range for the job since I had the part already and Keith was able to give me one so I gave him the job. Would highly recommend his services. He will be my guy i call for any plumbing services

Keith was excellent. He offered the best quote I could find and replaced my water heater quickly as well as fixed up some minor things I asked him to do without additional charge. Keith was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone.

He was prompt and professional, even though I had to change plans on him a couple times. He quote was lower than the other two plumbing services I called.

He came out the same day but was unable to get the part needed until the next morning. He was very thorough and gave us every option available. He was out the next day to fix it.
