I did apologize for not receiving your message about canceling the gutter cleaning. I also said you didn't have to pay for the service after it was finished. To be 100% honest I have never had anyone talk down and be as disrespectful as you and your husband spoke to me and my crew. You are also the only customer in my 15 years of cleaning windows that I had another window cleaning company call me and warn me about working for you. I normally wouldn't leave a response like this but I feel it is warranted due to way you treat contractors. You are a grown adult and there is no need to have a temper tantrum and throw stuff when you are in disagreement about something. If anyone would like to see how unprofessional I was handling the situation, I have copy's of the emails that we exchanged.
