Dryer Vent Cleaning
Outstanding! Chris & Dave arrived early and got right to work. They were very friendly and professional. In addition to cleaning the vent, they cleaned the floor under the dryer, the back and inside of the dryer. We are extremely pleased with their work and the cost. We can surely recommend them.

One of the most important criteria for service folks is their customer facing skills. I was very impressed by the owner Dan, and the reasonable quote he provided. I was even more impressed by the service guys Dan and Richard and their professionalism - the time they took to clean the windows, wiping down the frames, and vacuuming the tracks. I have a 1920 house with its original wooden windows and storm windows. With a few exceptions, all four side (inside and out) of each window were cleaned, as well as the glass-door cabinets in the kitchen. Upon completion, everything sparkled. Later, when the sun came out, some windows were cleaner than others, which I attribute to the fact that Dave, the team leader, was more experienced than his partner. Overall, however, I was happy with their professionalism and efficiency.

A GI Window Cleaning Co. did our window cleaning last year. This year I added a service of dryer vent cleaning. Two workers arrived promptly (I remembered Dave from last year), went to work right away, and did a terrific job. Scheduling was very easy also. Dave gave me a quote for gutter cleaning while they were here. I particularly liked it that they charged according to the difficulty of the job for the dryer vent cleaning. Everyone else just quoted a flat (much higher) rate. It is fair the way A GI Window Cleaning Co. does it. I highly recommend A GI Window Cleaning Co.

A gentleman came out first to give an estimate which was reasonable for the services needed. Then I scheduled a time and date to have the job done. Two men came out on the selected date and within two hours my windows were sparklingly clean! They were efficient and polite and stayed on task until done. I highly recommend this company and will use them again next spring.

The process of scheduling the window cleaning was easy. We received an estimate as promised, and were able to schedule the work to our satisfaction - and actually came a few days earlier than anticipated, which was a great help. All communications were timely, courteous and professional. The work was performed as contracted, however, despite being much cleaner than before their work, a number of the windows had streaks, or window corners were missed in the cleaning process, particularly noticeable in late afternoon direct sun. As a result, we needed to touch up and clean ourselves the windows that had previously be cleaned. In all, the windows were much cleaner - but could have been even more so. In comparison to our usual window cleaning service (on vacation), the cost was greater and the work wasn't quite as thorough. We had time constraints and needed to have the cleaning done ASAP.
