I hired them to do furnace inspection. They just opened the unit did real quick visual inspection, cleaned the filter,and checked the pilot. They avoided to do any time consuming job like cleaning the blower, or checking my broken humidifier even though it's on the check list. They want easy money with minimum effort.

Good service and very timely. They changed the capacitor which was thought to be the problem but did not have the freon to charge the system. The system ran fine but did not cool the house. Ultimately I had to find another provider for the freon. A little high priced for changing the just the capacitor.

Jeff thoroughly explained my A/C options, installers arrived on time, and were very courteous. There was a very minor issue when the unit was installed and they addressed it immediately and corrected it. I only mention this because it speaks well for their attention to customer service. I recommend them.

I spoke with company before they came out the problem was identified and job was completed in less than a half hour was charged for the repair plus a service charge. Happy with outcome but thought the service charge was a bit much.

I would have given a 5 star for money value but felt the serviceman was not as transparent with me on his quote for the part needed and labor. He lumped it altogether when I asked for a more itemized understanding of the total repair costs
