Three men showed up right on time as scheduled and worked for 3 hours cutting and hauling. They cleaned up the expected debris.

An army of people showed up and had the work completed within two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no evidence in the yard or street of their presence. The only evidence of their work was a new tree and beautifully trimmed trees and shrubs.

I told him what the issues were and he suggested remedies.

They were very prompt in setting up a time for an estimate and they electronically delivered it the same day that they came out. The crew arrived 10 minutes early and started work on time. The trees they trimmed were shaped very nicely and they were very thorough in trimming all the dead wood. The clean up was excellent. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The Dring workers arrived at 8:30am and went right to work. By 9:15 they had removed the largest tree. Next they climbed the backyard trees to remove dead limbs and limbs which were hanging over our roof. To trim each tree, Bryan and Kaleb had to climb over 60 feet. They also trimmed small backyard trees which were blocking our view from the deck. At the same time, the third worker was trimming bushes, raking and feeding branches into the chipper. By 2:20pm, their work was completed.

I was very pleased with Dring Family Tree service. They did everything quoted and more in a very professional manner. They were prompt and cleaned up the yard. Most importantly, they did very good job of listening to what I wanted and working to meet my expectations. Their professional manner and performance was impressive.

Contacted Dring Family Tree for an estimate arrived that day with a quote and explanation of services. Called on a Monday to set up service for the following week. Recieved a call that same week saying they would be availalbe on Thursday, said that would be fine. Arrived at set time and within 45 minutes they were finished. Wood was taken away & yard was left better than when they arrived. These guys are extremely professional & amazing. Answered all the questions we had. I must say for all Angie's members don't go anywhere else. Just a great experience.

Super responsive. We called on a Saturday morning for the estimate, and Brent was here within a couple hours. We scheduled the work, and everything went per plan. He took out another bush that had to go, without additional charge, and also checked on a large maple tree that they had trimmed last year. Excellent service and work.

They were neat and clean about it and didn't mess up the rest of the yard. They did the job fine and we had no problems. I thought that the price was reasonable.

Dring did a great job. They are reliable, efficient, and prompt. This is the 3rd time we have used them, they are not the cheapest but they do a good job.

They did what they said they would do and they were here when they said they would be here. Before they did everything they would educate us so that we had input throughout the work being done.

They arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, which was good. They got to work immediately, and finished by the end of the day, except for the stump grinding. They were supposed to come back in a few days, but couldn't as the grinder needed repairs. It was two weeks before the stumps were ground down, but it wasn't a problem for us, and since the grinder was down, there was nothing to do about it. We were very happy with their work, and the price was quite reasonable for what they did.

They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. 5 guys came out and they cleared the 80 ft tree in 2 hours - extremely fast. It was a very good experience and I was very pleased with them. They also cleaned up very well. They took the branches of the tree and left it for me to use as mulch and also cut up the trunk to be used as wood for firewood. Very economical as well.

They were the cheapest and removed the tree well. The stump was left since I was planning a replant soon. However, while they were backing their rig into my driveway, they ran into my newspaper and mail boxes. They hit the newspaper box first (it just leaned over) then the mailbox. The wooden mail box post was split at ground level but it did not fall over completely. I was home and watched this happen. My neighbor across the street also saw this occur. I later scheduled new tree replant for $509.00. The replant was performed. Cleanup was good. However the tree that was planted was dead (as a doornail) by the end of May. I contacted Dring on 5/31, 6/14, 7/2, 8/18, and finally 9/3. I requested a replacement of the tree and was told I would have to pay again for labor ($250.00) even though the tree they planted didn't live for even 60 days. No attempt to fix the broken mailbox post was ever made. Meanwhile, on 8/18, I received notice from the Postal Service that the box needed repair or home delivery would cease. I had to jerry-rig it myself (I am not a carpenter). I regret having hired these people and would definitely not recommend hiring them. They were very difficult to contact and had many family emergencies that delayed their responses, if they responded.

These acrobats with chain saws left the yard a better place than they found it. They not only cleaned up the mess they made, they also cleared out a lot of leaves and twigs that had fallen under the trees. They came on time, worked hard all day, and did a beautiful job. I know there is a company listed in Angie's List with the same name, but located in Berea. This may be the same one if they have moved?

This is the second time I have had them come out and prune my tree. I'm very pleased with the results, and I know that I can trust them to preserve the overall health of the tree so I can enjoy it for many years to come! The work was performed when I wasn't home (I wish I could have been there to watch), but the yard was cleaned up by the time I got back. My neighbor was happy too! I recommend this company highly!

Brent came to do estimate and we originally planned to cut down the apple trees. He told us they were worth saving, and they did a great job of cleaning them up. The two young men worked hard and cleaned up everything. They even pulled out several shrubs that weren't in the original order. When we found that they missed grinding one of the stumps, they returned within a few days to finish it. Very friendly and professional from the 1st phone call to the completion of the job.

Dring Family Tree Service has done multiple jobs for us and they are always very prompt with getting us an estimate. The guy that is doing the tree cutting can climb the tree with a rope so that they dont have to bring in big machinery. They clean up after themselves and they never left anything behind. They are very punctual and they are professional.
