It ended up costing more than I wanted to spend but the amount of work was much greater than I anticipated and for everything they did I considered it a fair deal at the end.

They might not be the cheapest, but he does high quality work and does it the right way. The way it should be done

He did an excellent job. Quoted me $350 - $375 to install a kitchen sink and faucet that I bought. Charged me $580. I was stunned. Said he charged $90/hr. Did not have his assistant due to a family death. Understood. Said he was there 12 - 5 pm. He was scheduled to be there at 11am. Arrived at 12:30 pm. Left at 4:45 pm. Took 4 - 5 10 mins. Or more smoke breaks and on his phone numerous times. He did do a superb job, but very disappointed in final pricing due to circumstances named. Will never hire again and will not recommend to anyone. I have been in the service industry all my life, and never hoodwinked clients like this. Other consumers be warned. $580 to remove a kitchen sink and install a new one......no complications......feel as a widow I was taken advantage of. FYI.

Excellent work. Installed a new sump pump and other plumbing problems. Very happy with the project.

Project: Find a leak under the kitchen sink and fix it. Although very courteous, after $175, 15 days, and two visits later, I have nice new shiny valves and supply lines.... and a leak. Called once again in hopes that the 3rd visit would be the charm. Got an apology followed by "but it's not my fault". Said he would call back to schedule a 3rd visit when he got in front of his calendar. He apparently is equally able at finding his calendar as he is finding leaks. Haven't heard back.

installed sump pump same day. Chuck explained everything he was doing. I received a F/U call a few days later as well.

Very professional and resolved other plumbing issues as well as the main issue.

They did a good job in a timely manner.

Ed the plumber tried to fix a clog in the drain, but was not successful. In the course of doing so, he splashed drain cleaner on my wood vanity, which ruined the wood. He "tried" to replace a cartridge in the faucet, broke the cartridge, and then told me I needed to buy a new faucet. Now he wants to either cut a hole in the adjoining bedroom wall or remove the vanity (which is not going to happen). Overall, left me very unhappy with the amount of damage he caused, and still charged me for the call!

Was able to accommodate project schedule. Corrected several “illegal” plumbing “fixes”.

He arrived on time and knew what he was doing and completed the job successfully his only problem is how I had to pay

We hired Copperlite to fixed a leak from a bathtub. While they were there they suggested that we have some other pvc drain pipes replaced. So we had them do this job as well. A couple months later a leak developed in this new drain piping. I called them to come out to fix it. First I was told that he would call me the following day to schedule a day to come out. After not hearing something from him for a week I called and left a message. After another week, I still haven't heard from him. His greeting message sounds like he's professional but what am I to think if he doesn't want to follow up as needed?

Overall it was a good experience. I received quick turnarounds for a quote and for the work to get done. The crew did excellent work and they were pleasant to talk to throughout. The provided great explainations around what they were doing and to fix my problem (basement was flooding due to storm water getting into my sanitary line).

Ed responded very quickly to my call. He is friendly and a very knowledgeable plumber. I would definitely use Copperlite Plumbing again.

The men were courteous and knowledgeable. I had other plumbing problems that they repaired after they arrived.
