Copperlite was excellent. The guys were thorough and did a great job of fixing the issue. We are having them come out again to look at another plumbing issue we have.

Ed responded to my call within 30 min. The work was completed in timely manner. Ed and Scottie were both polite, courteous and respectful of my home. I am very satisfied and would and have already recommended Copperlite.

Very skilled and eperienced, showed up on time, was very clean...perhaps a bit epensive, but having a job done on time, on budget is hard to find these days. A++++

First, let me say Ed was very nice and prompt and we got it fixed. However, #1 irk, walking through my swamped with sewage basement and then through my house where my toddler plays...nasty...get some booties. #2 Our drain backed up again 2 days after his first trip. He insisted that it must have become blocked by something falling in(my fault)..possible yes, probable no...I've been there 7 yrs, no blockages, and now I have a 2nd unrelated problem 2 days later...Ummmm...I don't think you did it right the first time. At least it only cost me an extra $175 instead of another $240. Hasn't followed up on an unrelated project as requested

Did a nice job of installation. Pump works and finished work looks good. Problems and reasons for not recommending are: Dust and mud everywhere in basement and they took no initiative to clean. Spent several hours cleaning everything in basement after they left. Arrived an hour late both days. Electrician they brought in, did questionable work. Replaced melted external waterproofed outlet with out replacing external protector nor securing socket to base. Loose and water soaked after first rain. Will be hiring another to check workmanship. Not as professional as I had hoped and disappointed in myself for hiring.

Very prompt service, knowlegeable, friendly. Price was good as long as This one lasts longer than the one from lowes(6yrs).

Very good customer service. Came out the next day for the estimate and came back for service when promised. Very honest and upfront. Cleaned up when done. Customer satisfaction is very important to this company.

The quality of the plumbing work is excellent, however the quoted price did not match the bill I was presented with AFTER the work was finished. The scope of work had not changed, just the cost. In addition, our phone line was cut in the process of drilling the heater vent.

Out of the 3 companies that I was referred to here, this is the only company to follow up with an estimate. They were very easy to work with and did a fabulous job. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I thought they were the most professional and understanding plumbers I have ever worked with, knew the problems got them fixed and I have hired them for some additional issues I was having. They are truely an A+ organization. Ed and his son are very responsive and great people to work with, I would recommend to every one I know.

Five minutes after I submitted to Servicemagic (on a Sunday) I was contacted by Ed (the owner). He showed up the next morning, looked at the project, gave me a fair quote and then removed and installed the tank by 4 pm of that day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficent. The installation was the best I have ever seen and I would recommend him to anyone. I also gave him another small job.

Copperlite Plumbing was very responsive to our initial call. They were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, even pointing out a problem that we didn't notice. Two days later we had a similar incident in a different bathroom. Even though it was the Saturday before the 4th of July, Ed was willing to come out a fix the problem. I would recommend Copperlite to any of my friends who need plumbing work done.
