Very nice people

I had a quote from Mr. Plumber to remove and replace a leaking copper pipe in my basement - over $1,000.00. Ed from Copperlite was recommended by HomeAdvisor, he was at my home in a couple of hours, after our initial contact, had the parts on the van, did an excellent job in the basement and refigured the pipework under my sink. He had an apprentice plumber with him named Michael, both of these gentlemen were polite, personable and knew what they were doing. Fabulous job! $225.00 total, clean and fast! Ed is now MY PLUMBER!

Horrible service,the plumber that came out was very rude and did not want to help. He did not been say hello when he came to the door. I would never use there service.

Installer was very reliable, dedicated and did a good job. They also provided a top-notch heating unit. They even corrected the problem made by the previous plumber.

This plumber did not do his job correctly. I had to rent a power snake after he, co-called fixed the clog and refused to guarantee his work. He tightened my toilet so tight to the floor that it is cracked. He was completely unprofessional putting down his brother-in-law, who was helping him. I will never use this Company ever again. Call someone else!!

Not cheap but was thorough and did a nice job installing the new hot water heater. Thank you so much!

Customer service and the work performed was outstanding. Ed called prior to his arrival to give me an estimated time of arrival. He and his staff did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and even corrected the errors another plumbing contractor. They'll be doing any additional work I need in the future.

After a few hurdles with the water company, Ed was able to complete the job. He also gave me a verbal ballpark quote on some other projects I would like done as the budget permits. He and his co-worker were very patient with my water problems and possess great customer service. Finally I don't have to worry about this problem any more.
