Ed was very knowledgable to our unique project involving a hot water tank. It was somewhat of an emergency and Ed reacted to the situation in a prompt, courteous manner. We were very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Copperlite Plumbing in the future.

Ed called me within minutes of getting the notification from Homeadvisor.com, and we talked about the sump pump needs. He let me know the model he prefers to install, and gave me a quote over the phone. The actual work was slightly higher due to the copper pipe run that was needed and sales tax, but the overall price paid was reasonable (and added up - there were no inflated charges in the sales tax or copper pipe costs) I would recommend Copperlite plumbing to anyone asking for a referral.

I just bought a house. I needed some valves replaced by my water meter. They came when they said they would but did not install the correct parts. I called them back, left a message and they did not call me back. I called them back a couple days later and they said they were going to call me in December. I had o make an appointment with the plumber and water department at the same time so the water can be shut off from the street. Copperlite said that they will come out and replace the parts again for a "Small fee". I think it should of been replaced at no cost to me since he did not do the job correctly the first time. Wouldn't you think he would come out before all the snow started falling? Would not recommend this company.
