He found that some of the screws were missing in the original installation, fixed that, put in new wax ring, re-installed two toilets (both had the same problem), sanitized the area where he was working, was really a genuinely nice person on top of being professional.

Called me 5 minutes later. Came out to fix leaking faucets. Was on time and finished the job early. Did not charge me the full quote price since they finished early. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Will hire them again!

They were very professional. The took out the old toilet and put in the new toilet and left absolutely no mess for us to clean up. They also carted off the old toilet. Excellent customer service!
