Our mission is to consistently provide exceptional service to our clients while making each real estate transaction an enjoyable experience. We pride ourselves with our high levels of communication, organization and attention to detail. We assist sellers by making the sale of their home as stress-free as possible. Each home we list is treated as if it were our own. We work with sellers on staging and preparing their home for the market, as well as educating them on their local market to establish a price that will allow the home to sell for the most amount of money in a short amount of time. We provide a full-service marketing plan with the high level of internet presence and a timeline so they are aware of what will happen and when. We offer recommendations for moving companies and trade workers through our concierge service, and if they are moving outside of the area we can also provide relocation services. When working with buyers we take the time to learn their wants and needs to ensure they find the home of their dreams. We work closely with their lender, home inspector, and the title company throughout the process to make the transaction as smooth as possible from start to finish. Our service never ends at the closing table. We are always there to answer questions or help find a solution to any concerns that may occur in the future.
