Great, Mike provided an immediate response to discuss and plan a time to review the job, provide an estimate. Arrived on time and did fixed the immediate problem with a few shingles and reviewed the overall condition of the roof. Provided suggestions for additional work to keep the roof in good condition. Arrived on time to complete and provided pictures of the roof problems and explained how it was fixed. Mike was a good person to work with on my project and I would call him again if needed.

Shane did a great job working with my insurance to get them all the information and pictures they needed from wind damage I had. I ended up switching from shingles to a metal roof and the roofing crew was awesome. I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters!

Nov. roof inspection and working with insurance adjuster has gone very well. Entire job will have to wait until weather cooperates. ||| Roof done on a single Dec. day in sunny low 30°F. Crew was very professional and cleaned up as thoroughly as snow allowed. Gutters were replaced a week later in temps that never got warmer than 10°F. Two men were troopers in that cold. Returned in late Jan. to address a few leaks. Lack of snow allowed them to complete the clean-up. Roof looks great with "architectural shingles" and new gutters with nearly invisible leaf guards. I would definitely recommend Total Exterior Systems, inc.
