Sean is great to work with and his men were outstanding

Sean has completed four major projects for us over the last few years.  He is attentive, detail oriented and has excellent subs working with him.  He does concrete for the foundation, wood floors, remodeled our Kitchen (beautiful work), enclosed our sun porch in an innovative manner (Sliding Pella Doors which are insulated work as windows), coupled with an electric floor under the slate tile, he is very creative and after the sun porch project, we did a Master Bedroom Suite/1st floor Laundry room w/ plumbing & bath room w/ shower, etc. We liked it so much we then removed and re-constructed the kitchen - result is terrific.  

So  #1 Sun Porch project.

#2 Master Bedroom Suite w/adjacent Laundry room

#3 Kitchen knocked out entire space to studs, and

reconstructed entire space.

#4 Single car garage.  

My house was struck by lightening, and caught on fire. He has been in charge of all the restoration process. He is wonderful, very confident and personable. He's very concerned about what I want done and how I want it done. He doesn't try to pressure me to do other things. He's very sensitive to the fact that I'm an older woman. He also is very knowledgable about historic renovation.
