I was impressed.  They sent me the equipment after I made the order in less than 24 hours.  They scheduled it within the week.  He said he will be here between 8 and 10 in the morning.  Then they called that they will be here between 8:45-9:10 am and he got here at 8:50 am.  So I was not tied up all day waiting around like most people make you do.  So he got here on time, got the equipment and explained things while he was doing the job.  The installer was a very impressive young man.  I had a good conversation with him.  I had a good experience with him.  He got the job done, up and running.  I am very pleased with this company and with the speed on how they do things.  They don?t mess around.  They also did a follow up on how things are going and where I can get in touch if I have a problem.  I am also very happy with the equipment.  It took them three hours to install.  They cleaned up, check everything out and called back later to make sure everything is working well.  They did a great job.
