My wife and I purchased and had a bunk bed delivered by them. We purchased the bed on the Sunday prior to delivery. We were assisted by Doug who was very helpful although we arrived at the showroom just before closing. We arranged to have the bed delivered and assembled on Thursday evening that same week. The bed was delivered and assembled on Thursday as promised and we also received a call as we were told within an hour prior to the delivery. Doug and an assistant delivered and assembled the bed without any problems. They did it within an hour. They were careful not to damage any walls as they brought parts in for assembly. Our son really likes his bed!!
