They took off 2 old roof layers of shingles, replaced some rotted sheeting, some rotted soffet boards, put a new membrane and shingles on, with new flashing, drip edge, etc.  They arrived promptly as scheduled and did their work in a professional way.  A few adjustments were needed before the job was completed...ridge vent mesh material used was wrong, and had to be replaced to make for a neat-looking ridge.  They pointed this out to me themselves, and fixed it promptly the next day.  They made sure to address all of my questions and concerns around the details of finishing the job.  Mine is an older home that presented some unique challenges, which they patiently addressed as part of the project.  Joey Emnett made a nice suggestion for covering 2 unsightly corners in my patio area with small constructed "bird boxes".  (Called this, I assume, because they keep birds from nesting in these nooks.)  These ended up looking very nice, and give the area a nice finished look.  Making sure my attic was sealed up tight after the roof was installed took several visits, the addition of some siding and a lot of caulk, but they did a great job making sure my attic is, in the end, properly sealed from elements & pests.   These are good people who will work with you.
