DL Designs

They never completed the project. Several delays do to them not ordering correct items. Shelving was not hung correctly, walls did not go to ceiling. DO NOT HIRE....

Worst business decision I have ever made. We were told there would be economies of scale if we selected to do the entire project through DL Designs. Lie #1. We were told the project timeline for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen would be 6 weeks. Lie #2. We were told there would be a crew in the bathroom and a crew in the kitchen. Lie #3. The crew consisted of 1 man during 80% of the project. Once the project began, we were assured there was a project plan. Lie #4. The total project took 12 weeks, basically the entire summer. That is assuming the job was completed as specified, which it was not. DL left work unfinished and to date still has not delivered all the warranties pertaining to the items installed. There were some other lies during the project as well. We will probably end up in litigation. Unmitigated disaster. I highly recommend not using.

This was absolutely the easiest reno I have ever experienced.  First off, there are 2 adults and 5 five children who were living in the house during the renovations. The contractor was so neat about his work (vaccumed each day before leaving, nothing left out to trip over).  He was PROMPT, friendly and stellar at his trade-no short cuts! He even repainted a wall because of a flaw he  noticed that I couldn't even see.
The designer Dale was extremely helpful in designing a kitchen that matched our needs perfectly.  He really listend to what we wanted and delivered.  On top of that, we came in almost $1000 UNDER budget.
I was so pleased with this experience that I recommened him to my daughter for her kitchen reno in a house that is 80 years old.  She is just as happy with her kitchen as I am with mine.
