Auto Sales
My son & I drove along Lorain Ave in Cleveland (hundreds of used car dealers), stopped at several, but when we got to ALB the location at 12921 Lorain Ave 44114 (they have two places), we were warmly greeted by the owner's daughter. We asked about several vehicles and settled on a PT Cruiser. The owner came with my son and I for a test drive and insisted I nit-pick anything we asked about. We settled on a fair price, he has another (chip) key made for me at no cost to me and will be adding freon to the AC and new headlight bulbs for me at no extra cost. They allowed my son and I to peruse the lot without much "in your face", but was there to ask questions. They were one of the few lots that actually had prices available for a customer to compare.
