Because I had a previous relationship, I was able to get them to discount the pricing. When I moved from old house, I didn't transfer service. But, they updated the equipment in the old house that I just moved into and gave me some preferential pricing at least. They were responsive. I have concerns about the equipment and maybe it's because it's wireless. There are delays at times when I go to program a door. Let's say, for alarm purposes, I want to turn off a door or turn on a door, there are delays. Sometimes when I press the keys on the keypad, it does not accept it. So, I called them actually and had them come back out and they replaced the panel because I couldn't set it off one time. So they replaced the panel. I haven't had that issue. But, it just seems that it's glitchy and maybe, that's all wireless services. I wouldn't recommend them specifically.

ADT is nationwide. The customer service is based out of Ohio. As far as quality, we have never had any problems. I will grade them high if they continue to have a reasonable price and prompt services.
