Lawn Tool Repair
I had a riding lawn mower that would run for 10min and die and it wouldn't start until it cooled off. I had done some research and tried several things before calling them and explained what I thought it was (magneto coil) when I called. They were backed up and told us it will be two weeks which was fine. Then after two weeks I called and was told 'looking at it today' and I'd get a call back. Called again a couple days later and received the same response. Finally received a call explaining that the battery, gas tank needed to be replaced and the carburetor need to be cleaned. I told them I didn't that was it. First the battery was fine when it left. Second the tank was leaking but that wasn't the issue I called about. Lastly, I asked how cleaning the carburetor would fix the problem. They assured me they checked the magneto coil right away and that they weren't in the business of having people bring equipment back because that would be bad for business. So I said go ahead and clean the carb but leave the tank and batter. A couple days later they called and said they re-diagnosed the problem and it's the magneto coil.
After having them replace the coil I asked if they would consider for a discount since they had it longer than expected and I had to pay a lawn service an extra week along with the fact that I told them about the initial misdiagnosis saving them having to bring the lawn mower back in. The response was they could have delivered it a day earlier if we would have been available to receive the tractor from the delivery service and "it is what it is".
Very disappointed in the level of customer service but I guess in todays world "it is what it is"!

Lawn Tool Repair
This company was called to pick up our tractor and lawn mower. They agreed to pick it up on a Wednesday we left the tractor and the lawn mower sitting in our driveway so they would have easy access. Not only did Mower Tech not pick up the lawn mower on Wednesday but they did not even call to inform us that they would not be able to pick it up. When they were called and asked why they did not pick up the equipment we were told that their truck broke down and they would pick it up the next morning. The next morning they never showed or called. At the least I expect from a company is a phone call to let us know that they are unable to keep an appointment.

I would definitely recommend them. They were quick and fast. They were reasonable. They were very nice and easy to work with. They were trustworthy.
