Outstanding customer service. These guys are professional, take the time to address any questions or concerns you have, quick and very good at what they do. And cost was extremely fair/ reasonable. I even had a rain barrel set up that was tied into the old downspout and they routed it into new downspout as a courtesy. Highly recommend using Bryan and BC gutter crew.

They do more than just gutters

I canâ t say enough. I would recommend Brian to anyone that needs gutters. I hag a small job and had one company say it was too small. Brian was happy to do it. Thank you Brian for the job you did.

If you need gutters, hire these people. Working with Bryan and his sons was the most pleasant experience I have had re home repairs and improvements, bar none. Please note - they do not ask for money up front, a rarity these days. Also rare - the owner and his sons do the work, it is not contracted out to other companies. The gutters look good, the downspouts look good, they did a great job of pulling the old gutters off, cleaning up afterwards. They were polite and respectful of my needs and my property, and the work was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend BC Gutter Co to anyone needing gutters. An excellent company to work with.

BC Gutter happened to give the lowest quote. But I do not decide entirely on cost and that is why I get 3 estimates. I get a feel for the kind of people I will be dealing with. Of the three, BC Gutter gave me a quote and no pressure. Bryan actually encouraged me to meet with other companies to compare. The other two companies gave me initial quotes. And when I would not commit on the spot, both gave me a better offer. When I still asked for time to compare, AGAIN, they both countered with yet another deal. When I asked why they just did not give me their best price right from the beginning, neither had an answer. Not only did BC Gutter do the job I expected, but Bryan also found a problem that was causing leakage into our home. He made the repair at no additional cost. They arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and his crew. I must add, they did all this in the constant rain.
