I ordered tires from tirerack.com and had them delivered directly to the shop. During a routine check, they noticed a bad wheel bearing. They contacted me to explain the work that was needed. All work was completed and the wheels have been great. Their online scheduling system is also a great feature. I've recommended them to several people.

I had been told for about 9 months that new struts would be helpful to my 12 year old car. They also told me not putting them in would not cause problems. I finally decided I wanted the car to run more smoothly, and even though it is old it is still in good shape. (A Toyota Corolla). I made an appointment and took it in. Unfortunately they discovered that one of the struts that had been ordered was the wrong one. They called to let me know. They have an agreement with a car rental company for only $10.00 a day. I arranged for a rental and Trojan Auto paid for it since it was their mistake. Struts are on and car is great.

GOODYEAR-TROJAN AUTO CARE was good. It took them a whole lot of time to make sure there was nothing wrong. They have a deal with enterprise that you can rent a car for ten dollars a day. It is a great job. If they could not figure out what is wrong it upsets them. They are very hospitable. They offer you coffee. They are just very nice and do a great job.
