I was told the estimate would be free since it wasn't I just went ahead and bought a remote as well. The guy was so nice and sweet I would hire again because of his customer service.

Brian and John did a great job. They were on time, and did a wonderful job. They a answered my questions. They took apart the old two car garage door and installed the new one in a few hours. They were polite, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Tottin and Son to anyone. I loved watching them work. They did it with ease. They stayed with the budget and I received the Clopay Gold Bar warranty. I'm proud of them. I asked to display their sign in my yard, because they did expertise work. My wife and I are proud to show our neighbors, family,and friends what we got. It's down right beautiful !

The quoting process was really easy. They came out. Reviewed everything. Made some great suggestions and provided me with a detailed list of parts being replaced. On the day that they came to do the repairs they were on time and very professional. I found that they're office staff was very friendly and their online apps for reviewing my quote and approving the costs was very easy to use and really convenient.

Overall, the door looks 100% better. The job was successful. There was a hiccup and it was more on the lines of lack of communication between the sales rep, the service guy and myself. After a phone call it was resolved and the door looks awesome.
