I called on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, to schedule a technician to come look at the AC as it was not functioning properly. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and able to talk to me about the situation without being condescending or rude, which so many men do when a woman calls. He added me to the books for the following afternoon (Because I had to work until 3pm). They had an opening in the morning and called, unfortunately I wasn't able to take the appointment. They were extremely busy this afternoon but because I just couldn't get away from work, they were going to *try* to squeeze me in. They called at 2:55pm and said they would be there by 3:30. They were at my house by 3:25 and working on the AC by 3:30. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained what the problem was and how it can be fixed but that the fix wasn't promised to last very long. He was done with he repairs and gone by 4:15. Fast friendly service! I will 100% recommend to anyone and will be calling when i need to replace my whole unit!

We're in the process of buying an older home with a boiler and  an inspection of all the HVAC systems in house.  I called several companies that service boilers.  Some had a waiting list of two weeks.  I then called Total Comfort spoke with Scott.  This was on a Friday and he scheduled it for that Monday.  The price for a service call was $85, which was less expensive than other HVAC companies.  On Monday, Rob showed up...EARLIER than what was scheduled (which was a very good thing).  Rob took a lot of time going through the boiler system.  We also discussed other things such as A/C replacement, water heater replacement, etc.  He told me that they've been slammed all summer long.  I was impressed by Scott's willingness to schedule my service call in such a short amount of time given the company's schedules.   Overall I was thrilled with the whole experience with Total Comfort and will definitely use them in the not too distant future!

Rob came out after me missing the appointment, he came back the same day. He found out we had an issue with our central air and something had blown, he replaced it and he was so kind to us and explained everything. Very prompt, nice, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If we ever have something wrong again, we will contact them. Thank you Angie's List, and Total Comfort Services.

There is good service, great service and then the guys at Total Comfort.  I always wondered about the comments on Angie's list, some of them sounded too good to be true, but Jason went above and beyond my expectations.

I wanted to get my furnace tuned up because I was concerned about a peculiar smell around the house when the furnace was running.  He of course checked the furnace, but he also checked my water heater and even the fire place to make sure there was not CO.  He walked around the house with this CO monitor and got readings from all around.  He took the time to explain how to improve a few areas.  All together it gave me some peace of mind that my family is not breathing polluted air.

I would recommend this guys anytime.

Gentleman who showed up was very professional  & explain everything he was doing. He explained about furnace and
 thermostat.

Checked every part of the furnace. Checked for carbon monoxide leaks. Checked the function of the thermostat and heat exchange.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! The Tech was so good I was AMAZED! He (Jason) explained every thing he was doing and why! Thoroughly checked the furnace and went on to check water heater, and ducts. Also made some very good suggestions on how we can improve our heating system and never tried to sell me something I did not need. I will be having them back to do some more work.

Arrived on time.  Put covers over his shoes and went to work.  Asked me about the system  Gave me his opinion of what needed to be done.  Proceded to work inside and outside to check the system.  Turned on the system to test it when finished.  Told me why I was not getting maximum air and suggested ways to do so.  Polite and proficient young man.
