Description of Work: "My husband was home at the time of the service call. He was very impressed with the service tech, Jason. In fact, my husband said that in the Spring when we need to have the A/C checked, perhaps we can request Jason to come back for that. My husband felt that Jason went way beyond a simple service check. My only disappointment was that I ordered the work the week before and I paid $79.99 and this week it's on a bigger sale at $49.99 but that isn't the fault of the technician. Jo Ellen |"

Description of Work: Workman came when expected to check my air conditioning unit. He was so pleasant and confidence-inspiring, I called his office to see if he could do the other unit as well. He did both, did not have in stock a large accordion-like filter, so I drove to Home Depot to get it while he was working, and he installed it. Really good job.
