MVM is 100% true to what they advertise. I am a property manager and we had to complete a unit transfer. I had a great experience from the moment I called to the finalization of the move. The two guys who came out to do the move (I was told by the residents family members) were outstanding they worked quickly and were both very respectful! MVM's advertisement is 100% true

Vincent, Demetrius and Michael were great. Friendly courteous and professional. . They were also great with my 9yo son that kept asking them questions and wanting to hep them. They also help my husband move a piano that was left at r new house.

The process from start to finish was exceptional. The crew that moved us was courteous, professional, and prompt. They took great care to see that our furniture was well-protected and that no damage was done to walls or carpeting. When the crew was experiencing some uncertainty reassembly our Sleep Number bed, a supervisor (Levi Fox) personally visited our new home to make sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Everything went great. Noah & Nathan were the 2 MVM employees that moved us. They were very professional and we would have them move us again. The cost of the move was within the estimate given us. Everything went as planned. We would hire MVM again.

Terrible experience. Packers arrived without supplies, worked slowly and were completely disorganized. Moving day was even worse! The final cost was well over $1k more than the original estimate despite us jumping in to help them unload the truck! Then, we realized they’d failed to pack multiple items and left them at the old place. Definitely would NOT recommend!

MVM is such a great company! I thought I had more time to prepare to move out of my apartment, but ended up needing to move out last minute. I called MVM a few days before, hoping and praying they could do it! Eric was so nice. He tried to work me in the best he could on the day I wanted, but there wasn’t any way (I mean, it was like 2 days prior!). He said the best he could do was the morning after. I was able to make that work. They arrived right on time. My movers were Chris and Joe. The came in, were very polite and friendly. They asked exactly what I needed done. They started right away, making sure to be careful with all my things. I ended up adding some things I initially hadn’t planned and they were really nice about it. They both were really so kind and professional. Once they had packed everything up and went to my new place, they came in and asked where I wanted items to go. They made sure to place them all where I wanted them. Again, being careful with my things and inside the apartment so they didn’t scratch or damage any walls or floors. They worked quickly. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they loaded and unloaded the truck. I was shocked how quickly they were done with everything! Moving is so stressful, and MVM made it a lot less stressful for me! From now on, every time I move, I will be calling MVM! Thank you Eric for fitting me in so quickly! Thank you Chris and Joe for being so friendly and professional and for working so quickly! I appreciate it so much!

We hired MLM on the recommendation of numerous other people. We were not disappointed. Everett and Zack did an excellent job moving all of our belongings from one house to another. They were fast, efficient and took great care wrapping items. Everything went smoothly. They were on time and Everett explained everything thoroughly before they started. We were 100% satisfied and would hire them again. As a matter of fact, I will be another one recommending MLM now. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
