Brian was recommended to us by a friend who had Brian completely remodel a bathroom for her. All-in-all our experience with Brian was great. I had three well-known roofing contractors tell me I needed a new roof as soon as possible, but after Brian made approx. $100 worth of repairs, he said I should be able to hold off on a new roof at least a couple years. The handicapped ramp was next; he did a great job with great attention to detail and we love it. The laminate flooring install was next, and I know it caused Brian more grief that he probably expected, but he has come back each time we've called to take care of minor problems promptly. His pricing was excellent, and I appreciate the fact that he did not once ask for more funds because of unexpected problems he ran into. While having some downtime, he even installed 3 exterior coach lights for me that I had purchased (and even bought the bulbs for them); and did not charge me! I cannot recommend him enough, and I am about to call him back for more work at our house.
