Driveway was installed in a timely manner. Problem occurred after the first rain. A fairly large puddle was evident, due to grade error. I called to complain of the puddle and sent pictures. The estimator Tom M. did respond and came out to inspect the drive. Tom sprayed the drive with our hose and measured the depth of the puddle/low spot. He told me the depth of the puddle was within their tolerance. I expressed some concern about water on the drive especially in colder weather turning to ice and how unattractive a puddle on a new driveway looked. My old 12 year old driveway did not have a puddle this big. Tom states if the puddle/low area got bigger to give him a call.

1. Neighbor reccomended, 2. Called for quote 3. Quoted and put on schedule to be timed with neighbor 4. Read contract, cleaned driveway and left the rest to them. 5. Job was done, the preparation they provided was horrible, the crack filling was very random and not done well. The actual sealer was sprayed so thin its nonexistent. 6. Hard to get on phone to complain. 7. Spoke with supervisor and estimator. 8. Supervisor scheduled a second coating. Estimator returned and cussed me out in my driveway. I was told never to call again they didnt need my F@#$%ing business by Davis Gulley. 9. Job redone unannounced and just as bad as first time. 10. Promised cleanup not done. 11. I dont reccomend them to anyone.

They did a good job of re-sealing my driveway but they left numerous black asphalt sealant shoe prints from their shoes on my lawn and in addition left a long pieces of past asphalt sealant in the grass. The asphalt shoe prints will likely kill my grass in those areas. This was very disappointing because when I have used their services in the past there were not these problems. But I sincerely doubt I will use their services in the future.

We will send someone out to clean up the old pieces of sealer. Although you state you will not be using us in the future, it's a pleasure doing business with you. On the defense of other companies that may do work for you, please give them a chance to fix the problem before you give them a bad review online. We work 16 hour days, 7 days a week in the summer to feed our families."

Very well. Matt did an incredible job of laying out the new drive and taking care of some drainage problems. He may be the best in the business. The workers were efficient and well trained. We did have to wait a bit because they were busy, however considering the end result it was worth it. They came back immediately to correct some minor drainage issues.. This is a well run professional company that takes pride in doing a good job and will stand behind there work.

I'd say it went very well. They were punctual and courteous. I'd definitely use them again. My only frustration was that when they first arrived to do it on an earlier date, the team said they knocked and couldn't get a hold of me, but failed to call my cell phone to inform me they were there. Customer service was excellent and the problem was resolved.

Well, first of all there was someone out to give me a quote for sealing my asphalt driveway. If I get a quote I assume you can perform the thing you're quoting me on. The quote was reasonably priced at $89. A month or so later someone was supposed to come out in the morning and do the driveway. They didn't come until 5pm. Once they were here they told us that they can't do the driveway because our driveway was in too poor a condition to be sealed. He was very rude. We asked why we would get a quote if it couldn't be done and he rudely said "was that years ago?". No it was about a month earlier. I told him to leave without doing anything and they did. I wish that was the end of the story. A few weeks later they sent me a bill in the mail!!! I called them and was told I'd get a call back. No call. I called them again and same thing. I thought that was the end and they'd stop bothering me. NOPE! Just got an invoice through email asking me to pay for the service they performed!!! I wrote back and received no response.
