They didn't solve the problem. I ended up buying a new refrigerator as an outcome. They made two to three repairs on it but it still didn't solve the problem. They could have trained their servicemen better.

Technician arrived in a timely way! Discovered that the belt was broken but otherwise the dryer was in good shape. He cleaned it up, checked it all out. Had the necessary belt with him and in no time it was good as new! Thank you for fast, efficient and work!

They were not able to fix it, but still charged me for a service call. He said he didn't know how to level floors.

"[Member Name Removed] You washer is off balance due to leveling issues from a rotted floor under the washer itself. If your floor is corrected the washer will work correctly. We repair appliances only. You can either move the washer to another location with a good floor base or replace your floor. Matt ( Owner )"

I had already taken the bottom of my gas oven off to see the pilot light.  The service tech came and diagnosed as being dirty and wiped it off around the pilot light, and then he didn't even put it back together. $70 for 5 minutes of service and I still had to put it back together myself.

They took my money, told me what my problem was and that was not the problem. Now they are not going to do anything about it. They told me how much it was to get the part. They said we have 30 days to call them back so we got the part but it was not the part. That was not what was wrong with the oven and they said they can’t do anything. They said if I get someone to tell me what the problem was, I would get my money back. I did not like them at all and will not be going back to them. The guy that came out was nice.

"Hello We came out and diagnosed your problem and gave you an estimate to complete the repair. You tried to repair your own appliance which is your choice. I explained to you on the phone our company policy, if our diagnosis was incorrect we would refund 100% of the service call back to you. If you call another company factory authorized appliance repair company out to diagnose the issue and send us the invoice that they diagnosed something different from our diagnoses , If Ace diagnosed your appliance incorrectly we have no problem giving you your money back. This is all clearly listed on our invoice. Matt ( Owner )"
