I would Never go to anyone else!!! The two gentleman that worked on our problems couldn't have been nicer. They were quick, you could see they really knew what they were doing and I needed some parts which they got in short order and we thought they were very reasonable. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone. My next door neighbor told us to use them and we are very grateful to him. The price included a lot of add-ons, parts for furnace, converting fireplace for a remote, the remote, etc. Like I said, very reasonable.

There was an emergency and they called twice to let me know they were running late. I had left work early to be there during their hours of operation so they came, even though it was late in the evening during their "off hours" and completed the job.

Very professional and efficient. Very satisfied with the work that they did.

Overall good experience. Contacted the company and they had a quote for me in the same phone call. They explained the product and the installers were out a few days later. Both guys that came out were very knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient in installing a new water heater. Keep up the good work!

When i was in the basement doing laundry one day I noticed a sulfer smell and instantly thought gas leak. I called Tiffin Deluxe Services and had them come out to look. They diagnosed that the smell was coming from my water heater and that I needed a new water heater. They came out the next day and installed the new water heater. When I got home from work I went down to see the completed work. First thing I noticed was a strong sulfer smell. I called them back up and they told me it would be a day or two before the smell would disappear. Five days later I called them back because the smell persisted. They came back out and removed an anode rod and told me the smell would go away. Three days later I called them back because the smell was still there. They came back out and removed the other anod rod. Again, this did not help. They ended up coming out to my house five different times. I ended up calling the septic company and they diagnosed the problem as having to do with my septic. They fixed the problem and my basement smells great now. Although Tiffin Deluxe Services mis-diagnosed my problem from the beginning and it may be questionable whether or not I needed a new water heater. They were extremely professional each time they came out. They only charged me for the water heater and no service charges for the five times they came out to my house. I would definitely use them again, but question the diagnosis next time.

I called Tiffin Deluxe at about 6:00 pm on a Sunday Evening about water coming out of my yard. Due to a previous problem in the same area, I knew exactly what the problem was, a cracked water line coming into the house. Being that it was not during regular business hours, my phone call was directly routed to the owner of the company, Mr. Chris Ranieri. He asked me various questions about what was happening. He told me that since the break in the line was before the meter in the house and since there was no water leaking into the house, he would suggest just letting it go until morning. This would save me the cost of an emergency call on a Sunday evening and also would allow an abundance of day light for his crew to work in. When Mr. Ranieri's crew arrived on Monday morning, they got right to work at uncovering the broken water line. When they reached the water line, they determined that a patch in the line would not be adequate enough to solve my problem. The existing water line was about 30 years old and very brittle. Mr. Ranieri contacted me and suggested that I replace the whole thing, back to the service valve, or I would most likely just keep having the same problem over and over again. I asked Mr. Ranieri if he would allow me to pay in monthly installments, as I did not have the money to do such a repair at that time. Mr. Ranieri, told me that monthly installments would be fine and we agreed to start the work in a couple of days. The work was scheduled to begin on Wednesday morning. I left for work on Wednesday morning and the job was complete by the time I arrived home at 4:30 pm.

Tiffin Deluxe came in gave estimate. Set-up date to get it done, they had all ppl. that needed to be contacted to be there(i.e.fire marshall,AEP)
Kyle and James showed up ready to work, both were very friendly and professional, got right to work. Finished before the time set-up with no short-cuts taken. I am very happy with final bill. Work done. I will have Tiffin Deluxe Inc. when we need more updating done. Great ppl. and work done right. Thanks.

The tankless water heater stopped working no less than 5 or 6 times before we called another company, who initially fixed the problem over the phone!! It's been over 2 years and we have never had another problem with that heater since it was properly installed. Upon calling other licensed professionals to fix other problems, we have found out since that they did not follow codes, hooked the water heater directly to our well water rather than through a filter, and the list goes on. They never did completely install the ceiling fixtures, which are still unfinished. Now that we have had licensed professional from other businesses come in to do work, we've had to have the breaker box rewired, the water supply to the heater rerouted, junction boxes rewired, etc. In fact, about the only work they did that still stands is the electric wiring to the upstairs bathroom. To add to insult, they double billed us three times that I am aware of, and not for small sums - in fact they were rude and charged late fees, when all along it had been paid months before. It was a good thing I had receipts because they argued and treated me as if I were the one trying to be dishonest or cheat them. In all, incompetence from the office to the field. The fellows who worked on our house were nice enough - they just didn't do a competent or satisfactory job, and the owner was unpleasant to deal with.
