Our 22 year old air conditioner decided to die on the hottest week of the year. They came out on the same day, tried to fix it, but explained that it had already exceeded it's life span and it wasn't worth repairing. They were very booked due to the hot weather, but were able to squeeze us in on a Sunday. (we still had to wait 4 days to get it installed). They were very professional and did a great job.

O & H made 3 separate calls to make repairs on our furnace. The repair incidents did not occur all at once but rather over a 3 month time span. Each time the repair did not exceed the estimate for the new parts.

They have serviced my furnace on a semi-annual basis. My experience with them has been excellent. They came in and changed the furnace in one day. I feel they have been very honest in the dealings I have had with them.
