We presented a scope of work and pricing for the upgrade. She then hired us directly to perform the electrical upgrade. When doing a whole home evaluation of an electrical system we are obligated by our state license to note problems, issues or violations of the current electrical system. We tried our best to separate the "report" into different priority levels such as "shock or fire hazard" or "recommendations" As mentioned in an above response for another member this particular Big Deal did not work well for our company.
