We love All Points Chimney! Scott and Nathan are always on time, they are very friendly, they treat us and our home with respect and they patiently answer any questions. All Points Chimney has replaced our chimney and cleaned our wood stove. Scott and Nathan’s attention to detail during both jobs was amazing. We will definitely use them in the future!!

Told me that they had to charge a $99 service fee to even come out to estimate the updates i was requesting. The money would be applied to my account if I decided to go ahead with the work. But over the phone she said it would probably be about $10,000. I would prefer to work with someone that actually wants new business. I will take my money elsewhere. You would think if you can estimate $10,000 over the phone that they would want the business.

First of all I contacted them on short notice as I don't live in the city the home is located.  The owner of the company was kind enough to work me into his schedule for the  Big Deal cleaning and inspection, even though time was tight.  They showed up on times, cleaned and inspected and even added some more embers to the fireplace all for the cost of the big deal.   They answered all my questions on the fireplace and were very professional.

Scott Keefer and Nathan were very respectful, and thorough.  They cleaned the flue, and pointed out that I needed some repairs to the cap on the roof.  I had already known that the cap was bad, so it was not a surprise to hear that it needed replaced.  He offered me a VERY reasonable quote to come back and fix it.  NOT pushy, just informational.  I will definitely have them back to repair it.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.
