From start to finish Newman roofing was first class. We did our homework and read a lot of reviews. Newman had outstanding reviews so our expectations were very high. They did not disappoint! They were the most thorough on the evaluation and explanation of any of the companies we contacted. They walked us through what makes them different. They were patient and very responsive. We had the install last week. The crew was courteous, professional and timely! The were also very conscientious about keeping the work place safe and clean. We couldn’t be happier with the look and performance of our new roof. I would highly recommend them.

Several years ago, I needed a small roof repair after a storm took off a few shingles. I tried to get quotes from a couple of contractors nearby but never got a response. I remembered hearing radio commercials about Newman Roofing, so I gave them a call. They immediately scheduled a complimentary inspection and made the requested repair the same day for a reasonable price. So this year, when I was ready to get my roof replaced, I called Newman Roofing. I have done a lot of home improvement work myself, so I am very picky when it comes to contractors. From the first contact to the inspection, discussion of roofing options, price disclosure, answering my questions, scheduling, installation, and follow-up, I couldn't be more happy to have chosen Newman Roofing for the job. They completed the job in about four hours and cleaned up all debris as if they had never been there. The new roof looks great! If you need shingle repair work or a complete replacement done right the first time, with a company who stands behind their work, I highly recommend Newman Roofing.

Newman Roofing is a superior roofing company. Our experience from start to finish was top notch. Our sales representative, Eddie, educated us on the process and quality of product options available. There was no high-pressure sales, only information to help educate us to make a solid decision. Communication prior, during and after the installation was great! Day of the install, we were promptly greeted by our job supervisor, Woody, and his hardworking crew. They were amazing as they completed our project in one day with a THOROUGH job site clean-up! We were impressed and would highly recommend Newman Roofing.

Tyler and his crew were on time, in fact they were a little early. Him and his crew were very very professional. Tyler explained everything they did as well as showed me pictures as to what they did. Incredible ! They were very protective around the house during this project and the work was awesome. From the meet the greet to go over details to the finished project the team leader was awesome. Most impressive, they clean up job after the work. Everything put back and cleaned up with nothing for me to do! Love it

estimator Matt Komp was very detailed about what the job would entail,And explained what the Newman crew would do step by step.Elias Ordonez and the other roofing tech with him completed the job in a timely manner.The shingles for the repair matched and they were meticulous in cleaning up after the job was done.From the initial estimate with Mr Komp to the completion of the job,It was a hassle free and pleasant experience.

We had our new roof put on in September. Tim Delaney explained everything to us in detail and gave us an easy to read proposal. He was willing to answer our many questions. He was a true professional. Nick Ziegler and his whole crew paid great attention to detail in preparing for the removal of our old roof, preparing for the new roof to be put on, and then putting on the new roof. He informed us of what to expect at every step of the process and included photos of spots on the roof that needed fixed and the final views of the new roof from multiple angles. His crew was hard working and very professional. The clean-up was incredible. We cannot be happier with our selection of Newman Roofing. (Please Note: Although we share the last name with Newman Roofing, we are NOT related! :-) )

Newman did a full roof replacement on my home in September. Jason Whiteley came out initially to give me the estimate and actually got up and checked out the roof. He showed me pictures of issues he found, and showed me a few options for replacement. There was no high pressured sales tactics or anything, they really just show your options and let you make your choice. I ended up signing up with them shortly after and Jason came back with shingle samples as we had narrowed it down to a few different options. No money down was required! That was incredible, most businesses would want at least something down for materials, etc. but they required nothing down. The balance was only due once the job was complete. When the day came to install, Woody, the project manager, was on site and ready to go at 7am sharp. Him and his team immediately got to work and made it look easy! I was really impressed with the effort of prep work and cleanup. Tarps were laid down and they carefully combed the grass for nails afterwords. I actually bought a magnet on a stick from HD to go through the yard and didn’t find one nail! Amazing! Throughout the process, I was texted and emailed updates of what to expect. It was such a great decision to use Newman, and I would definitely recommend them!

It went really well/ The workers were on time, and the job completed on schedule. They did a comprehensive search for nails and debris around the house. They notified me of a damaged pipe, and put some asphalt around it. To prevent leakage until I good get a contractor to repair or replace the pipe.

Very professional! Jason explained in detail what to expect during the process of replacing the roof. Placed plywood in front of windows, covered and moved landscaping & equipment before and after roof replacement, and made sure all nails and trash were removed. Took our previous satellite dish off our roof and disposed of it for us. I deal with contractors, at my place of work, on the daily and they were very professional working with me to make sure that everything was compliant and up to code though the insurance company and HOA. Would highly recommend Newman Roofing, LLC to everyone!!!!

We were seeing water spots on the ceilings around the skylights in our 15 year old MI home. Assuming it was a roof leak, we called Newman Roofing along with a few other companies (who never called back). After inspecting the roof and skylights, Jason Whiteley said the problem was not with the roof, but possibly with the skylights. Free of charge, he caulked around all four skylights and tapped in some loose nails and advised to call back if that didn’t solve the problem. Such honesty! After a few more heavy rains, it was apparent we needed to replace the skylights, which necessitated replacing the roof, too. The team at Newman was phenomenal. We decided to order vented skylights, but wanted a natural wood trim to stain to match our interior wood finishes. When we were unsure about what parts of the window frame to stain, Mr. Newman took our call and gave us the info we needed. The installation crew was superb, finishing the job in a day and a half, including the skylight installation. At our request, they re-programmed the skylight remotes so one controller operates both windows in the same room. Our neighbor, who works in construction, commented on the quality of the installation the very next day. I highly recommend Newman Roofing for their honesty and integrity, customer service and quality.

Newman did excellent job. Very courteous, professional. Started promptly at 7 AM, were done at 2 PM same day. Were very proactive in putting plywood sheets in front of all windows, tarps on flower beds. Cleanup was prompt & thorough, yard & driveway cleaned immaculately, rolled magnets for nails, swept & blew all surface debris. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They were the third company I called, I wish they had been the first. Very polite, prompt and thorough. The scheduling process was easy and they even called when the job had to be pushed back due to weather. Unlike most contractors/builders they took time to keep me up to date without me having to call over and over.

Newman Roofing it an excellent job on our new roof. They did more than they said they would and the installation team was great. The quality of the work and materials was outstanding. They had an army on the roof, see attached picture. The people are honest and hard working. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or for roof repairs.

Working with Tim D at Newman Roofing was a great experience. He was very forthright in the estimate process, explained the differences in the various shingles, and how the installation process would go. He also explained the payment options available. Alex, the project manager, was equally wonderful. He and the team showed up on time, they laid tarps around the entire perimeter of my house including my over my bushes, put plywood in front of all the windows to protect them and began the removal process. Alex checked in multiple times throughout the day and let me know when he was running to the office to get more supplies. The team was done earlier than I expected but I don’t have a complicated roofline. All materials and roofing debris were removed, I didn’t find any roofing nails in the yard. I found one piece of trim that was raised up and Alex came out the next day and tacked it down for me. I have to say I was extremely nervous about replacing my roof but Newman Roofing put my mind at ease. They are a great company. I’m very happy with my roof. It looks great. Thanks guys!!

From start to finish the people from Newman Roofing were great. I first contacted Rosanne in the office who answer my preliminary questions and set up an appointment with Tim to come out to our house. Tim was on time and very professional. Did a complete inspection of our roof and gave us an honest opinion about the condition of our roof, even going as far to say that if we choose to, we could even put off replacing it for 2-3 years if we wanted to (No hard sell here). My wife and I made the decision to replace the roof now. Woody and his crew arrived the day of the job on time and ready to work. The entire crew completed a superb job by 4:30pm, including cleaning up every scrap of paper. If not for the new roof, you'd never know they were here. Our roof looks wonderful and we could not be happier. If anyone asks me, I will tell them to use Newman Roofing. You will not regret it.

Outstanding work done by Jason, Woody and the team. We were well informed in person of the work needed to replace the roof on our new home. Jason explained what would be done and Woody went over the completed project with photos. Everything was finished in one day including a meticulous cleanup! I would very highly recommend Newman Roofing. I had secured a couple of estimates for a full replacement, and while I could save a bit on the others, I chose Newman based on their communication and customer service from beginning to completion. Eddie, the estimator, detailed all products used and the process I could expect day of. Newman sent me a text and email each time an appointment was scheduled, and I received a text when the representative was in route. Work was completed in one day and Newman protected my new driveway from damage. Steve, the on-site manager communicated well and showed pictures during the day. Clean up was exceptional. Newman went above and beyond my expectations. Very positive experience.
