Amazing experience! I have to say that Jason and the enitire team went above and beyond our expectations. Jason went to bat for us with our insurance company and came to meet them on more than one occasion when we hadn’t even made the decision to hire Newman roofing yet. They showed up exactly when they said and were honest about the repairs and the condition of our roof. Would hire them again in a second.

Newman provided excellent service and product. They were not the cheapest of the three bids I solicited, but I went with them for their reputation and for the way they exuded excellence and reliability. The new roof has been on for a month and it's solid.

OMG, Newman Roofing has it ALL together !!! From the time we called for an estimate, until the time they finished the project was outstanding, the customer service they provide is above & beyond !!! The contact you by phone and e-mail let you know when they are coming, who is coming and keep you updated throughout the entire project from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone, and the work they did was AWESOME :)

Newman Roofing has great employees and are very hard working. They were on time at the estimate and the few times that they came out before the roofing began. Communication is awesome, they use texts, emails and the good ole' phone. I work with contractors everyday and wish they all operate like Newman does. At the end of the second day all the Newman supervisors were here making sure it was completed 100%. They pay attention to the details and are very hard working.

I got quotes from 5 different roofers and Newman won my confidence and the job. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but they were extremely patient and thorough in the process. The materials they used were a little more premium than the competition and they did not try to up sell, which i appreciated. I met with the sales guy a number of times and he gave me samples to compare colors. When we actually scheduled the job, the army of workers that descended were prompt and efficient, knocking out the roof in half a day. They cleaned up to the point where you couldn't tell they were there. I would heartily recommend. Follow up was great.

They showed up on time, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up the yard really well. One of the things we appreciated most was that the foreman on the job stayed here along with the workers and checked things over before leaving. We had one downspout which slipped a little from the gutter, and Newman came out within a day of my calling to fix it. We would definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the old roof removal and new roof installation. We appreciated the supervisor being on site each day and the communication with him and the workers was excellent As the work progressed pictures of the roof replacement activities were taken up to and including the completed effort. This provided us with the ability to review the pictures to see the progress and determine if any additional work needed to be done on the roof which was not expected. We were satisfied with the quality of work and the responsiveness of those involved

They arrived promptly and it went very well. Installed shingles with drip edge and felt, used pro armor synthetic felt, installed ice and water shield, installed shingle over ridge vent, installed new chimney flashing and let me know my chimney crown needed a mason for repair. Wood replacement was needed due to storm damage. There was enough staff to complete the job in one day. Alex was the supervisor and it went very well.

Very happy with responsiveness, knowledge, and quality of work. Full replacement in under 5 hours with a very detailed clean up of the yard. Excellent work.

Wonderful! Amazing! They are the best contractor that I have ever hired. I would hire them again without hesitation. They installed a new roof several months ago and no leaks have occurred. They replaced plywood below the roof and did not charge me for all the plywood because the actual count exceeded their initial estimate. They discovered an issue with the chimney cap, then patiently explained what I should buy. When I showed them the item to confirm I got the right one, he took a few minutes to install it for no additional charge. They take good care of their loyal crew and it shows. The crew takes great pride in their work. Many thanks to Angie's List who helped me find such a good roofer.

I cannot say enough good things about Newman Roofing. I have rarely worked with a company so trustworthy, and with an amazing ethic of professionalism and quality throughout every aspect of their work - estimating, scheduling, communication, payment, materials, labor, quality control, followup after the job, attention to detail - Tim Newman and his staff do every aspect with excellence!! We had painters come in just before the roofing job to replace/repair/repaint exterior trim. We thought it would be so convenient for them to take off the gutters, do their work, and then leave the old gutters off since new ones were being put on. However, this ended up not being convenient for either the roofers or the painters. Alex at Newman Roofing needed daily communications (or rather multiple times/day) with the painters to try and gauge timing, and working around painters. Then communicate with me to keep me up to date. He did it all without complaint or even a hint of frustration at the complication I had unintentionally introduced. I should never have tried to coordinate with painting, and I totally appreciate the patience from the roofers, despite the extra work I caused them. The roofing itself was seamless! Rick kept me informed throughout, and the crew worked so hard all day! The cleanup was immaculate...not one nail or scrap of metal missed! The new skylights are awesome. The gutter work was intricate and required some creative problem solving, but Alex didn't stop until he was completely satisfied and made sure we were too. I never had a problem getting in touch with the office or staff, and if I expected a call back, I got it. This company went well above and well beyond any expectations...Tim Newman knows how to run a business, and how to recruit and empower staff. I wish he also ran business for painting/carpentry/home repair and maintenance, because I've rarely encountered a home service professional with the level of excellence Tim and each of his staff and work crew exhibited. Well done Newman Roofing, and we are so thankful for you and your work!

The best experience I've ever had with any kind of home maintenance service. Everyone on Newman's team, from first meeting to last, was incredibly professional, timely, and communicative. The quality of the product, the attention to detail, the availability and willingness to schedule the job quickly, the installation and clean-up - everything was done smoothly and with barely a hitch. The team worked from sun-up to dusk to get the roofs in place prior to a day of major rainstorms, and the next day, as the rain began, the foreman returned for a final inspection to make sure everything was battened down and buttoned up tight. The only hitch was that the clean-up and final inspection left out the garage, which is older and has no ceiling, and unfortunately the floor was covered with debris and roofing nails. The team had ended their work so late the day before that no one thought to check out the space. Luckily, no damage to car tires, and Newman's response to this was immediate, so all was fine. Incredibly happy with the new roof, the workmanship, and the customer service. Newman Roofing is stellar in every respect and highly recommended.

I had a new roof put on in Jun 2017. I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Supervisors were there almost all of the time making sure things were done to a higher standard. The Supervisor found something he didn't like after the job was done and he had two guys come back the next day to complete some flashing. I definitely recommend Newman for a top quality roof.

Great. Their was debris stopping up the downspout. He cleaned it out.

It went great! Alex did some caulking outside just to be 100% certain that the water wasn't coming from the roof. He was so helpful and always made me feel like I was in good hands. I would hire Newman Roofing again in a heartbeat.

Tim Newman was very helpful in choosing quality shingles and deciding what type of ventilation system to use. His men showed on the job the date they promised and did an excellent installation and a great job in cleaning up afterwards. I have called them several times since the installation just to check things out to be sure there were no problems. They always responded promptly and did a thorough job of inspecting. They even did some minor repair work around the chimney flashing to assure a good seal without charging me. If you are in need of new roofing or roofing repairs I would highly recommend Newman Roofing.

They were really nice to work with. There was a stain on the ceiling in my kitchen and when they came out to look at that they determined it was storm damage. They were very professional, very supportive, worked very hard, worked with the insurance agents.

Hire no one else but Newman! There are other homes in our area that have recently had roofs replaced but we can honestly say none of them look as nice as ours. You can literally see the difference in workmanship and quality. Newman had every thing we were looking for and more. Spot on quote at fair pricing, always on time, top notch communication including text messages confirming appointment and enroute notifications, updates on how the project was advancing, incredible craftsmanship, including high quality products, and attention to every small detail. From quote to finished product Newman matched even our crazy household schedule making it easy and convenient for us and not the other way around like many of their competitors. We couldn't be more pleased. Newman Roofing knows how to treat customers. We felt like their focus was always on us and our satisfaction. In our opinion, hiring another company would be a mistake.
