Very well. Professional crew, cleaned up after themselves, completed the job in the stated time frame. Crew supervisor stayed on site most of the time. Took the time to ensure that the upstairs bathroom fans were vented to the outside.

Extremely professional from beginning to end. Confirmation, including a name and photo of the job supervisor was provided. Time and date for the start of the job was confirmed and we were kept in the loop when weather and supply issues caused unexpected delays. The entire crew was professional, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and took care to avoid crushing any landscaping. Once the job was completed, photos were taken and shared with me for insurance and any potential follow up activities. They also provided a referral for related services that are not provided by their company.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Employees were knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was especially pleased with the quality of the work done. I would definitely hire this company again they were a pleasure to work with.

They showed up as promised and cleaned up everything afterward. They showed us photos of the bad spots before replacing the roof and photos afterward of everything they had done. We had problems with chimney flashing from an earlier roof repair, and there job looks more thorough. Roof is performing well so far.

Excellent experience. I received bids from 5 different companies and decided on Newman Roofing because of their professional presentation and competitive pricing. Out of all the companies that looked at my roof, Steve at Newman Roofing was the only one that actually went on my old roof and looked at it closely. He took pictures and showed me the defects of my old roof and then discussed what his company could do to fix them. I chose to have Class 4, High Impact Resistant Shingles put on my home. On the day my roof was replaced, Alex (Production Manager) introduced me to the crew and kept me informed throughout the day. He also took pictures and showed them to me at each stage of the roofing. Everyone showed up on time at 7am and the job was completed by 4pm. When I pointed out two small cosmetic problems, Alex quickly took care of it and my new roof looks great. The new roof makes my 15 year old house look like new. The only hiccup in the process was the paperwork for a Building Permit, but Newman Roofing quickly took care of it.

Newman roofing came out at 7 AM. They put down tarps in my flower beds and had my roof completely removed by 9 AM. They removed and repaired where "hat" type vents were previously. The material arrived on the day of the job and 6 roofers installed the new roof with new flashings and ridge vents.The whole job was cleaned up and done at 5 PM. Chuck Lindsey ran the job. He gave me pictures of the roof as the job progressed with my invoice, handed me his business card and told me if anything is wrong call 24 hours a day. I have had a couple of rain storms now and all is well. I did look at the roof while painting my chimney and saw no quality issues. You get what you pay for and I would recommend Newman Roofing for their quality and reputation. Thanks!

Excellent! Eddie educated us, gave us materials information and options to consider, and a reasonable rough and finished estimate to re-roof our house in 2018. We decided to ask Eddie-Newman Roofing perform the job during Summer or Fall of 2019. This will give us time to save the necessary funds to completely pay for the next-years-cost.

Showing her pictures through the day of progress. The crew was quiet and efficient. When I got homee chuck answered all my questions and gave me detailed views and explanations of the work they did. Great individual. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day. It was nice to get a chance to talk to some of the crew at the end of the day as they were cleaning up. Nice folks.

NEWMAN CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE RIGHT ON TIME, IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED THE LEAK IMMEDIATELY AT A FAIR PRICE. WE HAD TWO OTHER QUOTES FROM WELL-KNOWN ROOFING COMPANIES. THE QUOTES WERE OVER $1,000 WHILE NEWMAN'S COST WAS UNDER $300.00.

We decided to go with Newman for a roof replacement and have no regrets. I appreciated the laid back and honest sales process with Jason. The team did a great job of protecting my landscaping and cleaning up. They were always on time and had great communication, very dependable! I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work!

Exceptional workmanship and stellar customer service.

The entire experience was exceptional. We really appreciated that our estimator Steve was also the site manager. His in-depth knowledge of roofing and his involvement from beginning to end made a huge difference in our confidence level with Newman and the work being done. We greatly appreciated the photos of the roof’s issues and how they were repaired. The job was well planned with plenty of time for color and shingle selection. I have been dealing with this leak problem since a new roof and gutters were installed on our home 7 or 8 years ago. Have had the installing company out many times to fix this leak problem. No matter what they did, the leak persisted. I finally gave up with them and out of desperation called Newman Roofing. I was not sure if Newman would respond because this was more a gutter problem than a roof problem, and a small job at that. Called Newman and they promptly sent someone to look at our problem. When their representative arrived he stated he could see the cause of our problem before he got out of his truck. That impressed me from the start, the man new his stuff. He gave me a quote, which I approved, they did the work at a later date, problem solved. A leak I had been dealing with for 8 years, fixed in a couple of hours, by a company that cares. Great people to work with. And yes I would hire them again.

Excellent company to deal with. Estimator (Jason) and production manager (Alex) were very professional and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Crew was very efficient and did a great job on roof and cleanup. Highly recommended.

Newman Roofing did a great job! I was very impressed with the transparency of the sales process and the fact that an experienced project manager was always available before, during and after the job!

The entire experience with Newman roofing was excellent. Eddie, our account rep, was punctual, educated on the product and honest. He helped us choose a great roof and was very informative on the process. The project manager, Nick, was early on the day of the install and gave me an update every step of the way. You could tell how meticulous and thoughtful he was. He made sure the job was complete to our satisfaction. His entire crew worked sunrise-to-sunset to get the job done.

Alex came out to take a look. He identified what he thought was the issue, which was with the original construction of our home, not the roofing job. He could have left at that point. Instead, Alex applied some caulking and cleaned out a gutter, all above and beyond what he needed to do. He then followed up the same day with an email. To my wife and I, THAT is true customer service! This type of responsiveness and service is why we chose Newman Roofing to begin with. We are raving fans!

They have provided exceptional service every time. They go above and beyond, they are professional, show up as scheduled, communicate well and make sure the work site is cleaned up. I have recommended to friends and they have also been very pleased. I wish other contractors took as much pride in their work as these guys do!

The entire Newman team was very professional and punctual. From Jason to Alex to Nick they all were a pleasure to work with. The team on the roof was very efficient and they took off our old roof and replaced it with a new one in less than 8 hours. The cleanup was very good and everything the staff promised they delivered.

Although we liked the Newman Roofing representatives, we elected to go with another roofing company for two reasons. First, Newman wanted to replace my decking with 7/16 in. OSB instead of 5/8 in. OSB. Second, Newman's estimate was $2,314 more using the same materials as the company we elected to engage. We did appreciate that Newman Roofing like the company we ultimately selected recommended that we delay replacement of our roof until the Spring of 2018.

Excellent resource for roofing advice, repairs, and replacement. The entire staff at Newman Roofing was friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent follow-through on commitments. They were accommodating, returned calls promptly, and offered a variety of options for resolving roof issues.

Perfect . They all came on time,done in one day . The two gentlemen supervising the job were on site all day. They also took pictures of all the things going on up on the roof. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and put back just the way it was. We recommend Newman Roofing every time we get the chance. Call them you will like them too.
