Gossing Construction

Gossling construction was recommended by our interior designer.This is a fantastic company. Mike England .the supervisor was very friendly, competent and accurate. He kept us apprised of the work schedule and listened to every concern we had. the installer, Kevin, does a great job and gave us very helpful advise.

We met with Gossing, and 2 other general contractors, to obtain estimates for a garage and bonus room addition to our home.  From the beginning, Mike from Gossing was the most aligned with our thinking of the three.  Pricing was relatively close across all three contractors.  Our decision to move forward with Gossing was based on a great preliminary design, their approach aligning with our thinking, and the fact that they use their own teams for design, framing, painting, and other misc work, subbing out only the major trade work (electrical, HVAC, concrete, drywall, foundation work).
Mike and the whole team were an absolute joy to work with.  We were very particular in all aspects of the construction, and the Gossing team worked with us on every detail.  The quality of their work was top notch, and they constantly went the extra mile to ensure exceptional results.  A few examples:

• Replacing additional roofing on our existing garage because they weren't happy with the way the shingles blended together
• Distributing the leftover dirt from the foundation excavation to low spots in our back yard (and giving us a credit because we elected to keep the dirt, rather than have it hauled away)
• Painting both our old garage door and the new one to make them a perfect match
• Removing, rotating, and reinstalling a loft ladder (at no additional cost) when we discovered that facing it in the other direction would make for easier access

Additionally, the level of care the Gossing crew took to keep our house clean during the construction was just amazing.
We highly recommend Gossing for this type of work and will happily work the entire team in the future.

We have been using them and they have been wonderful. They have done an excellent job. They are very detail oriented and have great customer service. We are always calling and checking on things. They do a really good and very quality job. We have several business when we started and their bid was about the same and yet quite a bit more for our money.

Great folks to work with.

From start to finish, working with Gossing Construction was delightful. They were professional, pleasant, and punctual. Mike England was easy to work with and kept us updated on each step. Estimated time of completion was 3 weeks, and they were finished before that timeline. At the end of each day, they cleaned up - I was able to use my kitchen throughout most of the construction! I highly recommend Gossing construction - we actually hated to see them go!!!

The project was lengthy as expected. The crews were experienced craftsmen, polite and easy to work with and around. 
The professional project mangers were very easy to work with. Discussions between all concerned resulted in good ideas and changes during the building process..  The finished remodel and addition exceeded my expectations.

The team at Gossing Construction added on a huge new kitchen and also remodel the main level of our house.  We worked with an architect and had Gossing estimate the total cost of the addition.  Their price was right in line with all of the other builders we spoke to but the team at Gossing just seemed more professional.  Our project was a "medium" size project for them since they build very large houses but due to the size, we received the best personal service from their employees.  They only use subcontractors for certain areas (like drywall) which I completely understand.
Mike England's assistance with the interior design on the kitchen and log cabin was more than anyone could ask for.  Each and everyone of their staff is very professional and I'm actually going to miss seeing some of them now that the project is complete.
We will need future work done on our house and we plan to use Gossing Construction for all the work.

I have so much respect for this company.  I sat down and planned everything with them.  They are very honest so I don't have to worry about anything.  Their price is a little expensive but they did a good job.  I had a problem with my kitchen so I called them up and gave me a refund.  They even offered their services just in case I need it.  That is a mark of a good reputable company.

Excellent jobs and cleanups. They were definitely not the lowest estimate, but having used other companies for other things, they were the best for your buck.
