 + -1 moreIt went horribly. $180 service call (during normal business hours) for tech to state the heat expander had cracked (Even showed me what apparently was a picture of one he already had on his phone) and shut down the system about quote upwards of $10,000 for replacement. Called and got a second opinion from a local company and my furnace is now up and running perfectly fine. Tech should be disappointed in himself and company for shady practices.
Description of Work: Furnace was blowing room temperature air, had service tech come to evaluate situation.

The work was done and I was happy with the work, but they signed me up for a service agreement. I was told that the full amount would be refunded if I cancelled in 30 days. Now the service agreement company will only refund part of the $323.88 that I paid, but will not tell me how much they will be refunding for 4-6 weeks. I cancelled 11 days after, well within the 30 days for a full refund and now they say I misunderstood. Watch Out! Not Happy.
